Location and also this society in general is maintained well. I lived here for 4 to 5 years when it was newly built. The apartment needs some work done, paint job, there are rats freely moving around in the kitchen.

I cooked our book but it seems staff don't like he always suggested me to order food and not to cook he charged 100rs for daily gas use.First day when we back we are having our dinner but that old man standing in front of me till I finish my dinner it feels ocward.And he didn't fill fresh water in room didn't provide fresh towel.The old man ready to show other property.And he said book next time to call him directly.Some how the presens of old feels uncomfortable and unsecured.

We like location but staff is rude they are not supportive.

Helpful, courteous staff - Mr. Ramanand Yadav (the care taker of the property) makes sure you are comfortable through out your stay and goes out of his way to put a smile on your face (through hygienic housekeeping, food on order, or other little requests that you may have), even if you are having dull days at any point in time !

Amazing View n upscale, well guarded n safe building premises with high speed elevators n green area for walk etc. Near metro station. Very helpful caretaker n point of contact Praveen. Praveen is available 24x7 for you. Wifi is good. Network issue in building as a whole n nothing can be done about it. But good wifi kind of makes up for it.

The bed linen needs some profession colours. The bathroom fitting needs to be checked/replaced too. Not very impressed with the cleanliness.

Located in a good housing complex. Was a comfortable and non fussy stay.

Housekeeper was not so cooperative* Had difficulty in washing clothes as he didn't allow us to use the washing machine and didn't give us a good room even though the entire apartment was empty at one point of time. A little Rude and cleaning was not done everyday*

Our room (garden view) could have been a little more clean. The curtains were dirty and mesh for the sliders as well.

The caretaker Mr. Ramanand was an amazing person. He told us about a few places to visit and the ambience itself was like another home away from home (never felt like outsiders).

Sekf booked for one room apartment, but on reaching the apartment the caretaker informed us that the property is a single 5 room flat & he will give us a a room in the flat. On the web site tgere are 3 different type of rooms & rates. This need to xorrected for Mis selling.

that property was a shared space. sharing space with other families or couples is not the best option. this needs to be very clearly mentioned in the adv on booking.com

Hey, Property is good. It is comfortable to stay. Comparatively there is 80% positivity and 20% average. Awesome balcony, fully equipped kitchen, care taker is ready to serve you what you want. Good air conditioning.

The Wifi wasn't working well at all. One of the mattresses was very annoying. The "garden view" room was a little too much. The bathing area could be better separated from the rest of the bathroom. There would be water all around if one takes a bath. No wiper

The location was nice. Good security arrangement and privacy. There was Smart TV. Good running water at all times. Perfect air conditioning. All appliances one would need for a decent stay

The property needs lots of maintenance , all the walls are dirty , the curtains are full of dusts , the furniture in the room are chaotic .The kitchen bassin is very dirty , the fan can fall on you at any time .The dustbins are rusted .The internet connection is very poor leaving us with no internet connection many days .Also the television was not accessible for couple of days .If someone is watching television,the other one cannot use any other devices (laptop /mobiles ) bcoz the television has consumed all the internet. Rat roaming in the kitchen .

For starters this should be listed on Airbnb instead of booking.com It’s a apartment that you share with multiple people one of them is the actual caretaker of the apartment All this information was not disclosed to me before confirming the booking

Nothing about the property was likeable it was unclean and stinking. The bathroom pipes were broken. It was dirty and felt disgusting

The toilet was very dirty and probably needs replacement. The bed was supposed to be a doubt bed but we're two joint single beds which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The curtains were never washed, the balcony was very dirty. None of the smaller lights worked. No towels, toothpaste was given untill asked

There was a huge RAT in the kitchen trash!! Booking.com and the owner stated credit card payment could be used. When you arrive, they want you to pay by cash. The host smells of alcohol and there are 2 males living in this unit. Cleanliness is a major concern and the pictures were NOT accurate. We felt like we could be a target to be robbed and that staying was unsafe. We were going to try to stay 1 night but after the rat, we were done. The bed does not have a sheet, only a comforter and the pillows are rock hard. The restroom was deteriorated and we were given 1 towel for 2 people and this, along with the rat were both acknowledged by the host and he acted like it was ok/acceptable. Slums surround this building. The outside of the building and security do NOT match what you get inside that you paid for

There is nothing to like about this facility!! Do NOT waste your efforts here
