We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe staff were very very rude and were not working well. Always on the telephone and not listening the guest. The tables were not attending and if you wanted to have something you have to say please and discuss with them why we need this. Swimmingpool was dirty and the person who was supposed to clean was always on the mobile and listening to music. Everywhere was birds S*** on the ground. Could be much better.
Its a very nice hotel with lots of old style. The food was awesome. The rooms were clean and very nice cleaning buddys.

IndiaIt was nice experience staying in this palace hotel as we have been there before too in 2015 . Food is amazing and also the staff is co-operative. If you are visiting jodhpur and want some high class hotel then this is good choice in budget.

IndiaThe place is slightly far away from the city. You will have to drive down 6 km to reach the place. Apart from that I have not seen any other hotel that comes close to this.
The place stands for its name. It's indeed a palace. The hospitality and maintenance of the property is the best.

IndiaThe location of the hotel is far from the main city so it's difficult to get commute facilities. Since die to lockdown the hotel had suffered a lot, there have been cleanliness issues at the premise.

IndiaThe property is not maintained very well. Though the extravagant property is a visual treat, more so in pictures, in reality the property pales into disappointment given the maintenance and lack of finesse in almost every respect.
