This hotel is fine for one night stay, but nothing special about it. breakfast was not good, very very few options. Feels more like hostel rather than hotel.

Room size and room was good for a single person, for just a night stay its fine hotel. Location is the main plus point as it is located in BKC. That is the reason i opted for this hotel.

There were mosquitoes in the room, but they have provided All Out a mosquito repellent liquid.

Friendly staff, location is near to US VAC and US consulate. Food was really good. Room and washroom was clean. Locker was available in the room. You can keep your luggage at the reception. Breakfast was good. Room service was also good.

The room service from the reception could be a lil better I think. Scope of improvement in the wifi accessibility and connection.

I think I had a good experience here as they have minimalistic rooms just as i prefer. No extra decorations, with too much going on in a room. Nice, cozy, well lit, with great facilities and great view. You get the feel that - Damn, I am happy that I spend my money here.

We didn’t know that the premises was next to a Highway that was busy day and night. Double glass glazing could solve the noise issue. The rooms could have been cleaner too.

The location was great for our needs. Our flight home from India was out of Mumbai and so we decided to spend 4 days there to do some shopping. We were close to a major mall, the airport and the shops we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The meals we ordered were great too.

WiFi was practically not available despite repeated request the hotel failed to do anything about it. The housekeeping was not responsive and they had to be reminded for request for cleaning or providing water.

We had a large corner room (expensive) so the hotel provided reasonably good breakfast. The location was good if you are there for US Consulate visa related work. Not a suitable hotel for tourists as attractions are very far. The front desk staff is excellent and courteous ready to help. Transport is easily available but taxi just outside tend to fleece so better to get Uber or auto. There is a good vegetarian restaurant close to hotel.

Our room safe did not open . Battery needed changing. Took over 24 hours to resolve after many calls. Handover between staff of the problem that had not been resolved was poor. Finally a young lady at reception ( apologies I can’t recall her name) came to the room with a man with a key after the battery had been changed to ensure we could get out stuff. Fortunately we had a spare day If not we would have been in dire trouble as the safe had our passports.

An Oasis in a fairly scruffy area We needed to be in this location so were pleased to have found Indie Stays . Clean, good size room with big window so light good. Fairly quiet even though near a busy road. Reception answers phone promptly. Room service good though could have been better with less chillies.

Rooms could have been closer to each other and maybe a little more attention for the future booking requests will eliminate this issue in future.

Location and facilities were great. Though requested for rooms to be close to each other, it was not arranged and rooms were one floor apart which caused a little bit of issue, but anyway since the service staff was efficient, nothing bad to say about our stay there. Hotel promised to get us rooms close to each other during our next stay, which was kind and efficient. Rooms were quite comfortable and noise was okay during night time. Though WIFI was not available for 6th floor it was okay in the lobby and on the lower floors. Staff was exceptional and breakfast was served in the rooms and was perfect for our needs. Location was very near to the US Consulate and there were taxis available in front of the hotel most of the times during morning. If not, gate person will arrange a cab for you on request.

The lockers were too small for big suitcases. It seems unsafe but luckily I didn't have any issues. The AC in the room was too cold. And the bathroom was always hot. It's very easy to catch a cold with such a big difference in temperature. There were hidden fees that weren't included on Booking.com. Overall, this hostel is quite expensive. For the price I paid, I could've stayed in a private room somewhere else. But if it was cheaper, and the value for money was good, I would stay there again.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable. I liked that they have a common area at reception where you can eat and work online. The food I ordered at reception was delicious.
