Rooms - The design of the room is very well planned buuuut, the only issue is there is a curtain to block the bathroom and the toilet. Though there are doors, there are no latches to the toilet or the shower. Design - Beautiful hotel! But a private balcony would have been really nice!

Breakfast - beautiful spread! Since they have multiple dining places for breakfast, there was no crowding. In-Room Dining - A bit on the pricey side, but was good regardless Beach - This! This is why you should pick the property! Staff - Saving the best for the last! Whether it was accommodating us and our friends in neighbouring rooms to being available in an instant for everything. From check-in to check-out, amazing experience throughout!`

During breakfast it was too crowded, and there was delay in cleaning of tables and refilling the items. Also high tea could be accompanied with more snack options. The sea side shack served only a few options due to kitchen renovation.

Room was great with the best part being the access to the beach. The shack was a great place to spend the evening. Breakfast was with elaborate menu.

Some fittings were defective. There was no enclosure for the bath tub and It just opens into the main room, with only a curtain between. Also No locks for the bathroom or wc room. I was staying with my daughter.

The location and ambience were great. The Resort is well equipped. The food was awesome. Nice almost private beach.

Although we did not have a great experience checking in as it took almost 1 hour owing to some system issue.

The property was well maintained and the staff was excellent (almost). The staff were excellent especially at the Melting Pot restaurant. The breakfast spread was great as was the dinner buffet. Chef Shivaratan, Rakesh Kumar and Sree were very attentive and responsive. Loved the Kokomo shack restaurant

Alcohol selection, for a five star hotel - was quite poor. The only beer available was 8%, which definitely wouldn’t suit a lot of people. Ordered two glasses of wine via in-room dining (as there was no white wine available from the beach bar?) - own fault for not checking the price on ordering, but paid 2.800Rs (approx £28) for two small glasses of wine (circa 300ml). The 375ml half bottle measures from the mini bar menu (priced at 650Rs, from memory) were not available. People who enjoy a drink as part of their holiday, may find these issues impact on their break.

Warm welcome, friendly staff and nice room. Food was fine, judging by the evening buffet and breakfast.

The sand on the beach has been washed back quite a way by rough seas.

Great food at this hotel ! I will stay here again. The rooms are very clean and the beds the most comfortable I have found in India. The staff are very helpful especially Mr Paul the concierge. He went out of his way to help me arrange a trip and was a good source of information.
