- We didn't get room at 3PM. The manager kept us waiting saying it would be ready in 10mins - Food buffet could improve. - Pool didn't have a changing room. - Management detoriated from my last visit to this one.

Breakfast area could have been better designed and organized.

Staff was courteous, room was super spacious, location of property was great as it was adjacent to the beach where i spent most of the time and best of all the swimming pool was amazingly clean for my son to splash for hours in it.

Service was bad... Means few of the ppl working on bar and resturant are not polite enough and could not or unable to handle weekend coward. During breakfast.. In my friends plate we found a trusted screw.. We were shocked to see that.. I dono.. How can they claim themselves top graded chefs..

The price was a little high although it might have also been due to last minute booking!

Had breakfast and dinner. Excellent spread and all the chefs and others were very hospitable and provided awesome service. My special thanks and appreciation goes to Mr. Vikas. Also Mr. Vaitheswaran from housekeeping ensured that the room was neat and tidy and took care of even small things like noticing the consumption of supplies and providing extra supplies when the consumption was more. Thank you :)

It was a bit scary to walk to the beach especially at night. They have put dim lights in order not to disturb the natural beauty of the place. Another thing that irked me was the pricing. The price quoted in booking.com was different from what I had to pay.

The place is located ideally outside the city, away from the daily buzz. I loved everything in this scenic resort.

- This is a kid-oriented hotel so there is a lot of noise all the time, especially if you have a room with a pool view - The pool is often full of screaming children, it is impossible to have a quiet swim there - The hotel is far from Mahabalipuram, so you cannot go out for dinner to another restaurant. - The lounge was a real disappointment: full of people, long waits for a simple drink, I had to remind them several times. Even though the lounge has a drink menu, I was offered only vodka, whiskey and coke. Only when I later enquired, I was told that there was a full menu with cocktails, etc. which nobody showed to me. There is supposed to be little snacks too, but if you do not come at the very start, the trays are empty.

They allowed people in the pool with regular clothes! No proper swimming gear. Very unhygienic. Ruined it for us.

The cost of the airport transfer is outrageous. I expect hotel transfers to cost more but feels like a ripoff at 5x the cost of an Ola. Internet gets cut the second you checkout which is frustrating.
