High price for private room which wasn’t as comfortable as we’d desired but it was still fine :)

Nice vibe to the hostel, staff were super friendly and helpful- the manager especially waited up until early hours for us as our train was very delayed.

The property has big rooms which accomodates 3 people however there is no washroom attached hence we were supposed to use the common washroom.

Staff is good, food was good too. The manager saurabh is a very nice guy and is always ready to help and guide.

The private bathroom in the room did not have any real ventilation and was smelly, if they'd fix this up it would be wonderful.

I liked the open kitchen in this place - for a shared space used by strangers it was clean enough. There are common areas for you to meet and interact with other guests in a leisurely manner. The staff was very courteous and friendly.

We just stayed for 1 night (4h to be more precise, arrived late and woke up early for sunrise) but we wished we’ve stayed more time. The place is extremely comfortable and far from all the mess in the city. The host even allowed us to take a shower before we got the train out of Varanasi which was more than 10h after we’ve checked out… very nice of him. Breakfast is also great and the room was perfect!!

On friday night property owner along with some guests was doing party whole night and it was quite disturbing. The group disturbed my sleep 2 times in night. They were coming and talking in dorm in night without caring for people who were sleeping. Guest may behave this way but owners are expected to behave as per Dorm rules stated by ITH in their premises.

Staff was polite and helpful. Property has neat and clean rooms. Property is quite spacious.

Bed needs to be a bit softer as I find it about too hard to feel comfortable at night.

Location was far from ghat region. At least we spent quite sometime in commutes to/from ghats. The bathroom was detached which was not expected. The room had a residue of cigarette smoke which made it difficult for my old aged people to breathe freely but it subsided gradually.

The room was large. The property was safe. Staff were courteous. Bathroom was large. Abundant water supply.

I had booked a “tent” instead of a room. I though this couldn’t be a problem until we realized we had to set up our own tent in the open garden with no AC or fan or roof to keep the air flows and cooler. It shouldn’t be sold as an accommodation option. So we asked the manager to exchange a room for us, and he managed to give us a room with no AC. We woke up several times at night then had to slept on the couches in common area. The next day we got a dormitory room and everything finally became smooth. Before we leave, the doorman asked us to tip the housekeeper, 50 rupees is nothing to us and we did appreciate all the staff try to keep the place clean and enjoyable. But to my knowledge India is not a tipping country, so we didn’t feel like it. Overall, staff were super friendly and manager tried his best to make us comfortable. But there are something need to be noticed for the upcoming travelers.

The building was amazing, the room was clean, the manager tried his best to help us with the accommodation issue.

Host is doing a great job in maintaining the vibe of the place and greeting guests well. room is nice and the place itself give you a very positive feeling. location is nearby varanasi railway junction, so if you're coming by train its a good option.

Sleep very well out of city noise. The property is well connected to the city centre (about 15 mins with a tuktuk). The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Not value for money..too costly, considering the facilities available...private rooms are costly and lack of facilities.. bathrooms are in bad condition and all the sanitary in bathroom are too old and not work properly ...better alternatives available at lower cost. ..I have been a regular visitor to this place for more tha 6 months... earlier it was value for money..but now it is too costly and not value for money
