Very poor staff. Didn't have any etiquettes. Rude and not worth the money

We were promised a buffet for lunch and dinner as well but were given alcarte. The service at the restaurant was extremely slow, something you won't notice in a normal restaurant let alone a 5 star hotel.

The doctor there was very helpful and kind. The property is beautiful. The golf car people were also kind. The tree plantation ceremony was memorable.

there was no warmth .. no one cared . breakfast spread was really bad … specially if you are a vegetarian.. v limited. better spread you can get In a 3 star hotel..

The way the breakfast was arranged and managed. I literally had to request another guest that a particular table was just set up for me and not him.

The Staff at the Reception & Spa were courteous and welcoming.

- Whenever we called a cart to the room, it took forever. One time we had to wait for nearly 30 minutes. This was inconsiderate considering the staff knew of my injury. - I requested special arrangements for a birthday celebration. This was an utter disappointment. I had told the staff ahead of time that I would take my partner out of the room for a while so they can do up the room before midnight. However, they came and handed over a cake to my partner early in the evening :| That was a terrible experience for a brand like ITC, where I would expect above and beyond arrangements on special days.

- We loved our welcome by Deepak, the security guard. I had an injury and Deepak was kind, considerate and made sure I was comfortable. He was great with our four-legged family member too and took care of her, while I sat and rested during check-in. He is an amazing photographer (even the other staff rave about his skills) and knows the best spots. He arranged for us to go for a property tour, just before our check-out because he really didn't want us to miss that. In general he was always available to help and ensure we had transportation to go around, especially because I was injured. He was a definite highlight to our stay. Thank you Deepak! - The pool suites are amazing. I made a request for a specific room type and that was duly granted. The pool was private, clean and our almost private garden was lovely too. The room itself was well kept and very spacious. Room service was excellent and everything was delivered in record time. - The food was delicious. I absolutely loved the breakfast specials (benedict and banana brioche). The kitchen and bar catered to customizations, which was great too. - The property itself is lovely and it's so big that you'll always have something to do. Everything is beautifully maintained too. - The Spa was exceptional! My injury actually felt better the next day, because they really got my blood circulation going. Thank you for the excellent treatments, we will be back!

Breakfast had very less options. We werent allowed to sit and eat on many places. Specially shown in photographs. Had to give 24h prior notice. Very rude and unacceptable .

I dont know why they took my Marshall speaker before even entering my room. I would have given them if there was a sound issue, but they just asked a part of my luggage. Staff acted like fools

I was unimpressed with the banquet room buffet for dinner- expensive and just fair. the ac in the room was uneven- the bedroom area was hot- but the living area was ok. the system is not up to the hot weather in June. room service presentation was uninviting.

lovely grounds. the semi private pool was fabulous until it filled up with families and children right outside my door. in general, this was a family report, which is fine, but no so suitable for a quiet retreat. staff were very nice, accommodating. Spa was really excellent.
