Unwashed dirty bed sheets, dirty pillowcases, and dirty blankets. leakage in the toilet. it was 1 am so we had no choice but to stay there. we do not mind the small rooms and other amenities but at least the bed sheets and blankets should be cleaned and washed.

The facility shown on booking .com was cheating. I don't understand why booking.com make this type of poor lodge to make for a three-star HOTEL rating. There is no restaurant for this lodge. They will bring it to the room if we order the food after one hour and that is also the worst food. All the reviews are paid posts. The pictures given old or other hotels!!

Do not opt for this place. Rooms smell, bedsheets are oil stained, hot water doesn't work, tv didn't work, bathrooms were filthy. Even for budget stay option it is tooo costly. Even if they charged 500 rs for a room, I'd think twice. Do not do not stay here.

The room was super humid and felt wet. The smell in the room was not good. They would only let you have your complementary breakfast in the room. There are no nearby restaurants to eat and need to take taxi or Auto rickshaw to go to another location.

Images of room shown was not even close to what actually it is. It is a very old hotel with dirty washroom. Rooms were stinking. Flush was not working. Beds were smelling like hell. Towels were dirty. No lights in entire hotel. There was no power backup. It was a nightmare for us.

Only good thing was staffs were polite.

Room furniture and fixtures are old (wardrobe, bathroom doors, electric sockets, shower knob) completely different than posted on website. Since no attached restaurant breakfast/food option are limited.

Location is near to Karol Bagh and Jhandewalan metro 20 mins walk. Service is excellent and on time, on request they got me hot water for bath in early morning at 4:30 AM. They provide food from near by restaurant on request (fast service) as per liking / availability. Luggage storage without extra charge.

The photos on the website are photoshopped images. Please never book a room here. The location around the property smelled extremely bad. I booked a room for four nights and the time I spent there was just 15 minutes. There were no latches in the bathroom. The room was very old and clumsy. Ambience - A Big Zero. Checked in without checking the room. Immediately after entering the room felt that it was going to be a terrible stay and hence checked out for which I was charged 2750 INR (one day's Price for the Property). The hotel manager asked me to call Fab for cancellation and gave me a number to contact, which was not working. And as my trip was short with family, I did not waste time in arguing with those people and just walked off. It was a very bitter experience with FABEXPRESS and Booking.com.

Everything got spoiled asthe ac was roaring.we had reached there tired from agra just needed a sound sleep but the ac took away moreso no dim light working.Either had to sleep completely dark or with all lights on.

Rooms are okaish but bathrooms are in dreaded conditions. Toilets seats are broken, leakage from taps, mattresses need to be changed as most of the spring are broken.

I liked the location and the staff at the property. Food was equally good and can be taken, if u are not going outside.
