Location was perfect. Just outside the busy center. Quiet at night. Breakfast was rich. Indian Breakfast + You can opt for a continental if you ask in advanced. The owner does the cooking + cooking classes if you want.

Stanley and Jasmin were very welcoming hosts. Stanley gave us some travel tips and chatted with us. Jasmin is an excellent cook and made excellent Keralan breakfast for our two day stay. The room was comfortable and clean. We would stay again!

It’s not in Fort Kochi, so you’ll have to walk 25-30 min to get there, but it’s kind of half way between Fort Kochi and the Jew Town, so it’s pretty much ok. The bathroom didn’t have any soap, but Stanley said he’ll offer that for future guests.

Stanley and Jasmin were the best hosts I’ve ever had. I’ve arrived late at night and Stanley offered me dinner and fruits, plus he told me a lot of nice stories about Kochi, which where sooo nice! Jasmin made the best beakfast I could ask for, with lots of fruit options, dosa, samba, toasts, homemade jam etc, you’ll dream about this for days after you leave. The room has everything you need, spacious, clean and has good A/C. Thank you so much for making my stay in India so much better and taking such good care of me!

We stayed at Jasmin Villa during our recent trip to India. The hosts Stanley and Jasmine were excellent. They made our stay very comfortable, gave us advise on where we can buy things, Stanley arranged for our transport and guided us on how to travel to various destinations. Nice furnished clean room with aircondition. Jasmine cooked us some excellent traditional Kerala breakfast and was always willing to accommodate our requests. A highly recommended homestay and will definitely come back the next time in Kochi.

Stanley offered me a bottle of water and mentioned, "We have a big bottle in the kitchen; you can refill whenever you need." They care about the environment! The location isn't right inside Fort Kochi, but the second night after dinner, from fort Kochi I walked back to the homestay. It's within walkable distance, especially on cooler nights, and situated in a quiet neighborhood.

Jasmin and Stanley offered a very warm welcome, treating me like more than just a guest, but a good friend. Arriving late at about 9 pm, they kindly offered me dinner knowing I hadn't eaten yet. Jasmin's food is so delicious; during my two-night stay, I enjoyed two different yummy Kerala breakfasts. The room is very clean with nice decoration, providing a comfortable stay.

Only a few small things: The shower water was cold most of time but didn’t bother us too much as the weather is hot. If soap could be provided for the sink/shower for guests that would be good. It would be useful if the room we stayed in could have stickers or labels on the light switches as there was so many switches and was a bit confusing working out which switch worked for which light etc.

We had a wonderful stay at Jasmin Villa. The homestay is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, cosy and the air conditioning worked very well. Wifi also worked well. It is about 25 mins walk away from Fort Kochi centre or a short tuk tuk ride for a low cost. Jasmin and Stanley helped us to organise tickets to the traditional dance show, and drivers etc. they were very helpful! Jasmin’s cooking was delicious.

Stanley and his wife were exceptional hosts. Stanley helped arrange airport transfers and a trip to Kerela. His wife was an excellent cook and made delicious and plentiful breakfasts and some evening meals. The room was great with a fabulous bathroom. Most importantly Stanley let me watch their tv when Liverpool were playing.

I have bene traveling in India for a mounth, and I never find a room so clean including the bathroom. Jasmin and her husband are the perfect host. Her breakfast Is delicious and they help you for anything you need. I Will go back to them again.I sincerely suggest to go there if you Plan to go to Chocin.

Jasmin and her husband Stanley were delightful hosts. Kind and helpful. Our room was large, clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were very tasty. Jasmin is a great cook! It is about a 25minute walk or a short rickshaw ride away from the main sites in Fort Kochi, but we liked being out of the hubbub and enjoyed walking to and from when it wasn’t too hot

We had a wonderful stay at Jasmine Villa. The room was very private and we also left feeling as though we’d stayed in a warm family home, the perfect combination for a homestay. Super clean and If you need anything Stanley and Jasmine are happy to help. We did 2 of the tours through Stanley’s company, the backwaters and the 2 night stay in Mannur. Couldn’t recommend them both enough.

Wonderful hospitality. Jasmin cooks very tasty food and makes excellent masala chai. Stanley is an extremely likeable and helpful Mr Fix It. Both speak good English. Stanley was very helpful with our numerous requests for Tuk Tuks, taxis, backwater trip, etc. We really enjoyed the backwater trip: very relaxing and just what is needed on day 1 of your holiday (and still jet lagged).We really enjoyed our stay here and we were very happy to begin our Kerala journey here.

We had a wonderful stay at Jasmin Villa. Great location on a quiet road a short rickshaw ride or 25 minute walk into the town. Jasmin and Stanley were very welcoming! Stanley was very helpful with any questions we had and also organised us a backwater day tour which was great- less busy then the backwaters of Alleppey. We also booked a cooking class with Jasmin, she’s a wonderful cook and was amazing to learn to how make (and then enjoy) the locals dishes. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

An excellent property in good quiet location with walking distance to fort kochi. Great host, very helpful, can arrange anything for you, taxi, backwater tour… Delicious local breakfast, we were very lucky to get a special Christmas breakfast (for free!). Highly recommended!

The house, though central is located on very narrow streets. Staircase to our terrace room was little steep to maneuver. WiFi was spotty for those who want to work on vacation.

Jasmine served us some excellent dishes with lot of varieties. Her son shared games with my son and they welcomed us to their home more as a family member. Stanley was especially very helpful on many counts and even bought us specialty food.
