Very sweet people with a beautiful home. Room is small,but very comfortable,with a big balcony. There's a mosquito net on the door, so AC doesn't have to be used all the time. Breakfast according to your taste,and it was perfect.

Wonderful hosts. Excellent breakfast . The owner Stanley helped arrange a driver to pick me up at the airport, his wife cooked a late dinner to welcome me to India.. Stanley offered suggestions for sites to see around Kochi and recommended a massage therapist for a traditional Ayurvedic massage.

We had the best time staying in this beautiful home! Stanley & Jasmin are such warm and welcoming hosts, they even had dinner waiting for us when we arrived very late from the airport. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and cool. Jasmin cooks the most delicious food (best dosa ever!) and Stanley gave us great tips off the tourist track. We ended up extending our stay here - definitely recommend if you’re visiting Fort Kochi

Stanley had organised a driver to collect us from Kochin airport at 3.45am and was waiting to greet us at 5.30am when we arrived. The room and bathroom were huge and spotless with excellent aircon and wifi all included. Jasmin is an excellent cook and as well as lovely breakfast she also cooked for us both nights and made food exactly how my partner liked ie very very mild. They looked after us so well we didn’t want to leave!

Everything was perfect!

Best homestay we have ever stayed at! The whole house was super clean and very well kept. The rooms were big and very comfortable. The owners, Jasmin and Stanley, make you feel like you're at home. Both super nice and very helpful, giving us suggestions on what to do or where to eat. Jasmin's cooking is definitely top notch. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. Also, they were very kind to drive us to the doctor and make us comfort food, when we got sick from outside food, a kindness thats rare to find in the touristic sector. In general the whole experience was perfect and I can't recommend Jasmin villa enough!

An exceptional stay with a warm and lovely couple. My very early check in request (2 am) and a preferred breakfast were granted without any questions asked or unhappiness shown. Mr Stanley even offered assistance in me moving around the town with his expert advises and tips. It gave me a feeling of a stay in a relative's house with comfort, freedom and safety. A sure 10/10 rating for this stay,

This was my very first Home stay and its was just perfect!!! Jasmine is kind and friendly person who loves to host people at her place. The adorable couple along with their cute kid have got a wonderful home who have put a lot of effort in keeping the place fabulous which one would get in their first sight. The room that I stayed in was vibrant and had a great ambience. Authentic kerala style breakfast was served which wasn't part of the itinerary which shows how good they like hosting people. I would recommend one should definitely stay at their place to experience it.

I like everything

The most pleasant experience in India. 100%recomendable. The host took good care of me and my boyfriend throughout our stay that made our experience being incredible. The room and bathroom was súper súper clean and with very good facilities, including water heater, air conditioning.. Stanley (the owner) even allowed us to stay in a better room without no extra cost. (The house is just as it apears in the photos published by the owners) :) Being there, we decided to have dinner in their home. The dinner was homemade and was so so so tasty (you can see it in the photos) During the night, we had time to talk with Jasmin and Stanley (the owners) who recommend us one place to stay in Munnar and places to buy the spicies at the same prize local people do. Then, my boyfriend played chess with his lovely son Enoch. Regarding the breakfast, was awesome as well. Jasmin cooked for us coconut chutney, with some kind of creps to dip in the sauce and omelette. It was awesome. I wish we could have stayed few days more in the home. I do recommend this property to everyone.

We had a wonderful breakfast 😍 and really enjoyed the stay at Jasmin villa. Regarding food I feel in love with their home cooked food. Jasmine and Stanley were so helpful from there we planned our trip to munnar every thing went very smooth.

This beautiful homestay is run by Wilson family. We stayed there for couple of days and it was a wonderful stay. It is absolutely neat and clean with a huge modern bathroom. Stanley welcomed us and immediately, it felt like home. He has extensive knowledge about tourism and specially about Kerala. He is passionate about what he is doing and a very happy person. Jasmine is fabulous cook. She made some of the best dishes we ever had. We had requested her to make some authentic Kerala dishes and she happily prepared some of the delicious food. We would highly recommend this place and would love to come back soon.

Absolutely nothing!

Jasmin Villa is simply the best find on booking.com for me so far. Very clean, pleasant, value for money stay by all means! Pretty close to the city but in a very peaceful residential neighborhood! Me and my family absolutely loved the property as well as the hosts, Stanley and his wife Jasmin! These are seasoned hosts, period! They took good care of me and my family throughout our stay. Jasmin's exceptional cooking skills are unbelievable! Wish we could have stayed few days more. Certainly we would go back to Jasmin Villa for our next trip. We checked in as guests, left as family members! I would recommend this property to everyone. Keep up the good work guys, see you soon and God bless!!

Restaurants are little far away. Always depend on Swiggy or Zomato

Host are excellent. Really like the way they treating us and provided such a amazing food. As a couple my better half is more comfortable than me. I will definitely prefer who is traveling to fort kochi. Best thing the host can speak my native language tamil. Very peaceful area and highly secured. Dont scare about your safety and your belongings.

Jasmin was a really helpful person and his kid was very hospitable as well. They are really sweet people with good breakfast and making a comfortable stay for everyone. The location is really convenient, you can get autos easily for fort kochi. Would surely recommend anyone looking for a cheap good homestay near Fort Kochi.

The room and bathroom was a bit worn down, but it was natural, and didn’t really matter given all positive aspects, especially warm reception and really affordable price.
