The first room was dirty, broken drawers, view straight onto a concrete wall. The kitchen on roof terrace was filthy, not maintained and hygiene extremely poor. Only once in 4 days did they actually have a breakfast laid out. The helpful Day Manager said there are going to be major improvements to kitchen and unhelpful staff.

I had a good stay once they moved me to a better room. Location next to a square Arranged transport to Ellora and Ajanta The daytime manager was very friendly and helpful Daily free bottled water and tea/coffee in room.

Linen wasn’t clean. Service was super slow. No cleaning even though I placed a sign “Clean My Room” on the door. Also, dustbin was not cleaned. Somebody’s leftover teabags, that I wasn’t provided, were in it.

Service at the hotel was very slow and at times a reminder was needed by them. Facilities were not as listed, the restaurant was not up to the mark.

The AC did work but it was hard to turn it on

Our rooms were really big, beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The rooftop restaurant was amazing, we could see fireworks and landmarks from up there.

The first day, I was lucky to be in a very large room, but there was no ho water at all in the bathroom, after one day of cold shower, they moved me to another room with hot water

Room looks like it could use more maintenance and thorough cleaning. There's dust in many places, the mirrors are stained, etc.

Friendly and helpful reception, working hot water, spacious room. Clean bedsheets. Location is in the more rural looking part of the city.

The room was nice But it was dirty no shelves in bathroom to put anything.

The food in there restaurant was very good and so was the staff even though no English was spoken. There are shops and restaurants near by 5min away.

Booked 2 rooms, 1 was upgraded, the other did require some maintainance, there was visible dust upon the setbtop box stand, wires connecting the set top box were dangling and obstructive. The mirrors, both - in room and in bathroom were degraded, could not see. Request a bit more of maintenance.

The management was very responsive and courteous, they did upgrade 1 room. Even after checkout, they did call and took feedback. Nice stay overall. Thank you J P Management.

I would expect a place with a rating of 7.8 to be a bit more cleaner. The rug in the room was quite dirty, the bedsheets were stained.

A few things didn’t work, we had to switch rooms after unpacking due to being unable to turn off the lights, then in our new room, the fridge decided to stop working for the last two days of our stay. The location is great if you want to be close to the train station, however it’s a bit of a hike if you want to be close to the center of Aurangabad.

Great staff, all of whom were very helpful and attentive. The restaurant on the 4th floor do amazingly good food, which is very affordable, plus the view from up there is amazing on a clear day/night.

Being charged for water, we didn't want the room cleaned for our 3 night stay, but a bottle of water each day l would have thought was included.

The manager was wonderful and really friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable, great water pressure & the watermelon at breakfast.
