How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Really great Hostel, would recommend anyone travelling to Delhi to stay here. The staff and facilities provided here is too good. They have breakfast severed at the property and a kitchen if you like to prepare your own lunch and dinner. You meet a mixed crowd of foreigners and Indian travelling from various places. Cheers to Jhouse.

Good location. Staff is really nice. The location is central in southern Delhi. Overall is quite clean, both private and shared rooms.

I really did enjoy my stay in this hostel where I did stay for 5 nights! The staff is great and super helpful! The place is modern and really clean. There is a nice rooftop where it is easy to meet people. They also provide options for breakfast. I highly recommend to stay here when visiting Delhi. The hostel is located in South Delhi which is one of the safest area in the city and it is also close to the airport.

The kitchen was kind of dirty and very old.
The place is beautiful and taken care of! Located in a quiet area well connected to the center with a near metro station. The vibe in the hostel was nice. Spacious dorms with lockers and clean bathrooms with hot showers. Nice balcony to hang out.

This place is perfect for a short stay in Delhi, a really nice neighbourhood away from the craziness of north Delhi. The hostel is really clean, safe, has fresh water refill and the staff are very polite and friendly. They offer breakfast at an affordable price and have great rooftop where you can chill. It really felt like a home away from home😊

We came here twice and were super happy. Stylish and comfortable rooms with everything you need. Clean. Soap available. Staff is super friendly. We were able to check in one time super late and one time super early. Good WiFi. Comfortable common areas. Terrace. Shared kitchen. You can do laundry. Just a dream.

Its in a the interior and late night doesn’t seems safe here.
It was an amazing stay and the property vibe is very good. I love the amazing rooftop where you can chill, work and enjoy.

Was a little on the expensive side for a private room in a hostel.
Great location for us - we were only staying one night, and it was in the middle of the two stations we arrived/departed from. Great info before you arrive to keep you safe in getting to the hostel. Super clean, hot shower, comfy bed, very quiet. Rooftop was great for breakfast, delicious omelette.

I found the room was noisy (but I must say that it's my first stay in India and in Delhi, so I'm not aware of the standards), noises coming from the street mainly. I would suggest as a little enhancement to put mosquito nets on the window (the window didn't really have a view btw, but I also wasn't expecting it).
It was better than I expected. It was clean, well equipped (there was even a little kitchen in the room - which I didn't use though), decorated. The place is super safe as only the guys from the reception can actually open the gate. I would choose this place again if I was to stay in Delhi again.

Great stay in Delhi. It was a nice local area which was absolutely incredible for the holi festival whilst we were there. Nice terrace, simple but comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Was not sure how safe the neighbourhood was.
Brand new room, very clean and comfortable, the staff is very welcoming and acommodating. Terrace with the view. Probably one of the best stays in India. There is a nice park nearby as well as shops and cafes at a walking distance or 5-10 mins by tuk-tuk. Conveniently located not too far from the airport yet close to city attractions.

A little hidden away, but on Google maps and instructions are clear to help find the place so not a big deal. More pricey than other places we stayed during our trip, but I think that's just Delhi!
A quiet place to stay in Delhi. Out of the centre so easier to get to, and pretty convenient for the airport. Room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed and staff were friendly.
