We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaSpa facial was average. Food was a tad oily and did cause indigestion.
Excellent location, facilities, cleanliness and staff. Rooms and lobby areas smelled fresh and clean. Rabina in customer relations was very helpful and had a cheery disposition and her welcome helped us feel at home right away. Ria in Agua restaurant was very friendly and went out of her way to show us around.

United KingdomDifficult to find shade on the sun beds around the pool area. As it can be quite windy, the umbrellas had been removed from the beds directly around the pool, as one had previously fallen on a guest. We were informed by senior staff that the hotel was actively working on a solution. There were some beds directly next to the covered pool bar that could be moved to find shade from the roof, but not ideal. There is plenty of comfortable seating, however, in the pool bar itself.
Hotel was beautiful with lovely views from the pool area. All staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice, whatever your tastes, and all excellent quality. We also ate in the restaurant a couple of times for dinner, which was delicious. Particular thanks to senior guest relations staff who went out of their way to help with a problem we had with our flight booking.

This spanking new property is very well located in north Goa. This was the first time we stayed in this part of the city. The hotel decor and design are stylish and modern. Very tastefully designed hotel.

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff, so clean and beautiful both in the room and in all areas. The pool area was very nice with beautiful view. Breakfast was exceptional with a major selection, great coffe from a real espresso machine, freshly pressed juice and all you can dream about. The staff did everything they could to help us in any matter. When we arrived in the room we had a complimentary chocolate garden waiting for us, and fresh coffee from the great coffee maker in the room. The prices in the pool bar and restaurant is not bad to be a luxury hotel.

United KingdomThe music by the pool from 4pm onwards was super loud and disruptive. Some of the staff should be able to communicate a bit better in English. We rang up from a restaurant to arrange a taxi and it took a while and help from a local waiter to get what we needed across clearly. The hotel needs to find a way to get easy access to taxis as it can be a challenge to get cabs in Goa. Upon checking in the hotel should communicate the different restaurants etc which the hotel has to offer.
The property is stunning. The aesthetics give it a cooling vibe. Additionally the breakfast is fantastic and the food we ate at the pool bar was great as well. It’s really clean, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is really nice and overall it is luxurious.

Central Location in Vagator, close to other hip restaurants and bars in Vagator Super clean and new as it only opened a couple months prior to our stay; the best thing is the pool and pool bar, the spa is also excellent as it is very private, relaxing and very clean and professional The breakfast is vast and everything is extensive delicious, includes local, Indian Asian and European/continental breakfast, but also sweets and a chocolate fountain Overall the service is what made it so special, it’s more than attentive, it’s personalised and very professional, you can contact the staff via the he frontdesk, phone or even WhatsApp

Every corner of the property is so mindfully done. The chef took extra care and went a step further when he got to know that my son is gluten intolerant. He even prepared gluten-free waffles for him.
