Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IndiaLED tv was not working so we switched room to deluxe room. Bath bucket was broken and the replacement given was also leaking. The heater was not working which staff fixed it.Hot water was issue which got fixed after some time.
Flexibility of staff. They allowed extention of my booking for few more hours.

I had booked a deluxe room and when I reached the property they said it's not available and gave me a small room to stay as i didn't know anything out there so they took the money for the deluxe room. As i reached at night I didn't have the option to go somewhere else instead of paying for 2 days . And they said it is not refundable. If u want to stay or go . So I had to adjust for the first day and the room was full of leaking water in the toilet as well from the ceiling fan.

IndiaThe most dirtiest, nastiest hotel ever! Starting from the staff behaviour to cleanliness everything was ridiculous! The rooms are so unclean that if you check in you'll get allergies. There are bed bugs in every room. My mother and aunt had to face lots of hurdles and moreover the staff don't even bother. They charge a lot of money guys. Beware! They are not even sure how much they ll charge me for an extra mattress. First they said 300 and then they said 400 and lastly they said 350! This is a loot! The washrooms are the dirtiest. Please do not stay at this place. You will regret it. The whole staff is fraud!

IndiaFake pictures. The room i saw on the pictures are entirely different when i saw the room directly. Very small room, not at all clean and the main problem was with the door lock. The lock was not at all working. No safety. Safts behavior was not ok.
