My breakfast was included in my booked amount but upon arrival they denied that breakfast would be charged and I had to pay the money for the breakfast.....it was kinda cheat to make extra money which the hotel ppl had used.....very angry....😡😡😡😡

Connectivity accessibility to the city was pretty easy. Airport and Railway station both were very nearby. 👍🏻

"Ready to pay extra” They don’t accept the discounted rate given by any hotel booking website, you will have to pay the full amount or they will not let you check-in. Additional payment is taken by the hotel irrespective of full payment done during booking time.

They charged me an extra 300 Rs (30% of the actual payable, confirmed price in the app) saying that my "price was too low". Basically, they made me pay for having a booking.com discount. Have asked refund from booking. (Only stayed there for the night coz i arrived super late.) There was no toilet paper in the bathroom (classic India, i have no problem with that, i dont mind asking), when i asked they said they couldnt provide, "MAYBE in the morning". Toilet paper, we are talking about toilet paper. AC was impossible to turn off. TV was impossible to turn on. Relatively clean, but of course: sheets had stains (once again, India, i know). Ah, doorbell (rather buzzer) is the scariest thing i had ever heard, prisons have quieter and calmer warnings. Almost died when they pressed it. For some reason, reception rang me on the phone at 7:30 am (!!!l) for nothing, probably a mistake. But then again, at 9:30 asking me about (or reminding me of) checking out - 1,5 hrs before checkout time!!!! So they woke me up only twice. Quite pushy about giving them a rating, sorry, not a rating but straight up "10 points". 3 different staff members reminded me to do so, kind of expecting me to do it THEN. It was rather a strong demand than a kind request. Of course, im writing this whenever i wished to, at the end of the day, from another city. All in all, not bad quality, but way too many annoying gestures, acts and things. Nice people with good intentions, but completely out of touch with reality and quality hospitality.

They prepared me food at 1am, when i arrived starving, had it delivered to my room. That was nice. Also, staff is nice and helpful - with their limitations.

Really liked this place very handy for station and only 10 mins to busy shopping area. Bed was really comfortable. Had 24 hrs news channels as well as a free sports channel which was good. Shower nice and warm. Only take 2 points off as internet was terrible on the 3rd floor and any time I needed to use it I had to go to lobby, also they need to refresh t-bags and coffee sachets instead of only supplying one of each for a 3 night stay.

The double bed is a little small for couples travelling with a baby. Would suggest the hotel to have a few extra large double beds. Room size is bit small but it's okay looking at the rate. The geyser was not working properly in our room and there was no remote for the AC.

The reception and housekeeping staff are really helpful, always ready to help. The room is neat, clean and comfortable for two people. The bed is really comfortable, my baby slept well. Singles, couples and families can stay here at an affordable rate here. It is good option for a tourist.
