The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food was amazing. The staff was friendly and always ready to guide you or help you. Just 2 kilometres away from the US embassy. My stay was super pleasant.

Construction of a new residential house just started next door. The common kitchen could be cleaner.

An apartment converted into a shared apartment with three units and a joint living/dining space. Very conveniently located in Safdarjang Enclave. The manager was extremely helpful in getting my mobile back when I had forgotten it in a taxi! Made me feel like staying at a friend's!

clean and hygienic place to stay near aiims hospiatl Delhi and Safdarjung hospital , its just walking distance from these hospital , being doctor we always prefer clean and hygienic. rooms and property it was what we like to stay as per our standard of living. food and hospitality was great, must visit option if you have some work in aiims hospital and Safdarjung hospital

Excellent hospitality. Loved the place. You can cook your own food if you want , else the caretaker will cook something for you. You can also order food from nearby restaurants. The location is just perfect. Cannaught Place is just 25 mins drive away... I would highly recommend this place to everyone who is planing to visit for a vacation or travelling for some work.

Bathroom was clean but there were some spiderwebs near the window and shower glass. No big deal. Kitchen (fridge) could be a little cleaner.

Staff was super kind and available for anything. I was upgraded to a bigger room for free. Room and bathroom were very spacious. Room as was clean. Location is in a safe area of New Delhi, in a semi-closed compound/enclave.

The fact that we could not extend our 'unplanned' stay because the accomadation was fully booked. However, the owner guided us with handly alternatives.

My stay in Kher Residency was very pleasant. Special thanks to staff for being very prompt and helpful at all times. The staff was very courteous and guided us on the itinerary. We were able to plan our visit to important landmarks in the city with his valuable inputs This was the best affordable property available at short notice in the Embassy area. The rooms are large, aesthetically done and absoultely clean. Its very close to historical hotspots ( Safdargunj tomb), Sarojini market and Rajinder da dhaba ( delicoius food). The tranqulity of the place and homely warmth made our stay memorable.

It is difficult to find. The address on booking.com is misleading, the property is a1/100 in Block A1 of Safjardung Enclave, and NOT in Block A2, as stated on Booking.com. (it is NEAR Block A2, but not in it!)

situated in a prime location in Delhi. It's a service apartment so not much choice of food as you have order from outside. The attendant boy was good and tried to fulfill the tea and food requirements
