We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

No lift and broken old interiors. Attitude of the staff with regards to payment before reaching the location was little rude

IndiaBathoroom pan is not clean enough, Giving no towel in room... Water from bathroom basin is not coming propely ( partially rectified it after complain). During checkout I tell to bring my luggages from 2nd floor to ground floor.. After Wait 10 mints no hotel boy is helping yet.. Disappointed it.
Close to hardwar rail station. AC is working propely. Gyser connection present in reception.. After requesting they switch on gyser. Good gyster.
