Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe TV remotes weren’t working, there was no bottle of water in the room. No basic amenities like Soap in the bathroom. No coffee and tea making facilities. There was no water coming from the bathroom sink.
The check in staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was passable. Location was ok.

MaldivesThe toilets could use more cleaning around the corners and the edges. And the fact that AMEX and International cards could not be used at the hotel was very disappointing and really it was difficult when asked for payment. Was looking forward for airport pickup but was not available may be due to short notice from my side.
The size of the family room and its number of beds and the amenities in the room. The friendly staff and the room service was wonderful. And the fact that they have their own restaurant was wonderful.

IndiaThere is no proper cleaning, fully dust. We are four people staying 2 nights there , they provide only one litre of drinking water. So I don't want to say more. It was one of the worst experiences in my expectations .
