Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaAfter traveling in a long haul flight for 5 hours, we reached Hotel at 730 pm. Though the room was reserved & paid for , from 2pm, the room was not allotted, instantly. We were made to wait for 45 long minutes... under the pretext that we were being upgraded to a premium room. Room No. 325, has a broken wash basin in bathroom.
Dinner & Breakfast was good.

QatarThe staffs (reception) are not accomodating and doesn't attend customers politely and well. And also the staffs at the "Breakfast" are not conciderate no matter how much we explained our situation since we had an important exam to attend on the day and didn't allow us to take a packed bfast to the room! So rude!. Facilities inside the room looks old. Pillows and beds aren't comfortable. Shouldn't categorize as 4 star instead of 3 star.
Location is good. Its nearby airport. and the only ONE staff name "GURUNA"- Assisted us in our luggages and who has shown concern and attended us upon arrival. We're very much thankful to him.

IndiaThe staff was obnoxious in more ways than one. There was no community cation between reservations and reception staff and even within the two departments. My son left a small packet for someone to collect. The driver upon arrival was told that there was nothing for pick up. Then we were told after many frantic calls that there was indeed a packet. I had booked through booking.com and realised that it was in my name. I explained to them but the man wanted to slap on additional 1500 rupees. I had to get on a call with a call center in Manila to change it because the hotel was rude, unhelpful and stubborn. The staff should be ashamed of themselves for all this. A young man called Azad, however was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Many thanks to him. My interaction with the rest of them was pathetic thanks to their uncouth and unhelpful behaviour. I hope the management takes note of this.

South Africai just loved everything about this beautiful hotel especially the wonderful breakfast which was a feast every single morning. I will definately do another stay for a longer period on my next vacation to India.

Malaysia1.When I booked, it was stated we have city view, but when we got the room, it has no view at all. 2. When we asked to check out slightly late, they said, can check out by 1.00 p.m, but when we wanted to check out at 12.50p.m, the person at the counter asked us to pay Rs2000+. However, we managed to explain. 3. Transportation to the airport, they asked Rs700+. Whereas the taxi outside the hotel only charged Rs300 to the airport.
Nothing fanciful. We stayed in better hotels in Shirdi, Aurangabad and Pune, with better rates, facilities and the staff were friendlier.
