Staff were super helpful and friendly. Especially when my mum and I were sick and needed help. They organized the doctor and some health food for us and made us feel safe. Amazing views from our bedroom as well. Gorgeous balcony to relax and read on. Delicious beaky too. Loved this.place.!

We need to consider the overall conditions in India. The hotel offers excellent service compared to the others around it. It is the newest hotel with good sanitary and energy services. The price is relatively high compared to the other hotels out of India. Please, consider that all prices are without taxes. The Breakfast is simple and good.

The view on Ganga is amazing and the location perfect. The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. Surya, the manager, was extremely kind and made sure my stay was perfect, which it definitely was. I will come for sure.

The sheets and pillow cases didn’t seem very clean.

At first I stayed in a room in the garden which was very cute and the view was fascinating. However 2nd day, behind my bed - inside the wall maybe- there was something moving and making noise. Probably a mouse. I let the staff know and they were super helpful, moved me to a bigger and more upstairs room which was amazing. The staff was very kind, helpful all the time. Whenever I needed something (hair dryer, food in the night, taxi call) they helped me immediately. I definitely recommend.

Common areas of the hotel were a little shabby. Not a problem, but you must know that Laxman Jhula is on one end of Rishikesh, and the main ghats are a bit far. Cabs are expensive, and you need to walk quite a bit to get public transport.

Very noisy location. All night long motor bikes dogs barking intercom announcements etc etc No on site restaurant Monkeys prohibit you for sitting in balcony

Great location at the Laxman Jhula bridge. Good size room with fridge and kettle. Great balcony overlooking river. Air con and fan. Good hot water. Room was clean! Walking distance to great eating and cafes. Staff fantastic. (Sorry about our luggage in the photos!)

The first two room were in the basement. Damp, stank of urine, filthy, dirty bedding, windows and doors didn’t close, breakfast was terrible and no place to eat apart from your room and then we waited 1.5 hours for it to arrive! The staff were useless and rude and generally unhelpful, particularly the manager who was even ruder and more arrogant.

The view was excellent. The third room (after major complaints and threatening to leave) was more acceptable

I didn't like anything about the behaviour of the manager. They are just sitting there to rob the people.

The behaviour of the front person was very bad. They are just money making people. Please don't book this hotel with a meal/ complementary breakfast option. They don't have any buffet breakfast. Only from you can order your complementary breakfast from your rooms and the breakfast is not enough for one person and if you are still hungry and need more food then you have to pay extra money. I have paid 2750 rupees extra for my complementary breakfast. Not happy at all with the service. I recommend not to book this hotel if you don't want to get robbed.
