Car parking was difficult

We took an entire unit, which is 2BHK with two bathrooms. It was maintained very well. Loved the comfort of the flat. Highly recommended for friends hangout

Mosquitos everywhere. The bathroom had no sink which makes no sense. The place is decent.

There's a construction happening right in front of La Maison Charu. While this isn't something in their hands, some pre-warning would have been great. Its noisy though the day and there's a pile of construction material in front of the building. Parking is an issue - the basement parking gets really packed up and the only option is to park outside. We made a mistake by parking in front of someone's house the first night and it became a scene at 545am when they wanted to take their 2-wheeler out. The only other option was to park on the main bazaar road - which means it depends on timing and luck for you to get a spot. Laundry was expensive and the ironing wasn't good. Its great that such a facility is being provided, but let's ensure its done well. All in all, the entire thing could be a bit cheaper for what's offered.

The location and the apartment were quite good. The location is right in the main bazaar, behind white town. The decor in the apartment was full of life, made us feel right at home. Facilities too were decent - specially the kitchen which was well stacked. The staff was good. The boys at the reception were quire helpful and helped guide us when needed. The housekeeping ladies always bore a smile and treated us as their house guests.

The location is a little off White Town but everything is still within walking distance. For a homestay-type place, the room size is pretty good. There's ample parking space if you rent a scooter or car, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room I was in also had a balcony and a small kitchen set with hot plate, plates and pans which was pretty great. We were mostly out during the day but found it a great place to come back and relax.

The apartment itself is well maintained and clean. Has got a stocked kitchen with water purifiers and a refrigerator and some cutlery too. We went as a family of 5 and we enjoyed our stay. Parking was also available and the location is perfect for shopping and also accessing the rock beach and white town.

Clean comfortable room. Hot water and good shower pressure. Good facilities in the 2 bed apartment. Great location. Underground parking.

- room was noisy at night as there was a construction site right beside and the room was not very sound proof to the walkway outside

- very central location - staff was great , we were able to leave our luggage at the property - payment in international card allowed - rooms were comfortable and bed was very big

All are great and we liked themed room very much. Nothing was commentable

Hospitality they had provided was excellent. We got early check-in 9.00AM and before that they provided common washroom for fresh up and they allowed to keep luggage in the reception before check-in and after check out. This stay is highly recommendable and reliable. Totally we were very satisfied

It's an apartment and not hotel. I didn't see any security guard. Partially covered gutter in front of the hotel. Furniture has sharp corners which is risk for toddlers.

Overall good ambience of the place. Friendly staff. Location is in the heart of the market. Everything is at 5 mins walking distance.Rent is reasonable.

The layout of the bathroom tiles is extremely dangerous. There is a small step in the bathroom which can cause people to fall or get badly hurt.
