for some reason they don’t like clearing the table in the dining room. one morning when we went down for breakfast could not find a clean table. I counted twelve dirty uncleared tables.

Front office staff are rude not open for feed back and arrogant ...... horrible experience whilst checkout . Property is 3star and wanna be 4 star .... don't know why booking.com is promoting it as 5 star property (misguiding customers)

There is a constant buzzing noise of a plant right next to the building. I could switch rooms to the other side of the building on the second day, so it was fine, but I couldn't have slept in the other room. Also the beds were too soft for my taste. The hotel restaurant was overprized.

The rooftop pool is very nice but a bit rundown and there were no sunshades.

The Hotel Direktor (that's what he said) was sexual herrasing my girlfriend. He from room 414 was asking questions about her age. And also invited her to his room after 10 pm. They were calling from reception and wanted to invite her to dinner! Absolut disgusting and inappropriate.

You have to keep extra bedsheets in every rooms, since you provided with comforter only which is not required mostly of the times for Bangalore weather.

My room was below a drainage and I could hear continuous flushing noise throughout the day. On the day we arrived the docket for power using swipe kept on beeping. It was subsequently changed but then other switches did not work. We were offered to change rooms which was a smoking floor (our original booking was non smoking room). Subsequently the sink in the new room was not functional and also the swipe did not work on multiple occasions. All in all a very poor experience and I felt totally ripped off.

The signature Italian restaurant and bar were extremely filthy. There was blackened , mouldy rotten fruit in the bar tray which the staff used to garnish cocktails. The drip mats on the bar had not been cleaned or moved for months and when pointed out to one of the several staff who were present, she shrugged and only removed them and cleaned the bar when I insisted. Consequently, I ate nothing in there neither did I try any of their cocktails. The restaurant manager should undergo some urgent retraining if he believes this is how a bar/restaurant is run.

Room service and Breakfast room staff were very helpful and pleasant, in particular Dhan Kumar who went out of his way to be helpful. I hope the hotel manager passed on the envelope with a gratuity to him!

Staff is very poorly trained. Some staff members went above and beyond despite their lack of training. So, I dont blame them, but management needs to really pay attention. My room was next to elevator and I was working US hours so needed some sleep in the AM and the staff was incessantly loud. They were stacking plates in the hallway rather than kitchen. Food was highly overpriced. On the other hand, housekeeping was good
