We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

India1. A drive to ooty is a tedious 10-13 km. This place is still under development it seems. Great if you want solitude. 2. Doesn't have the aminities of a resort yet calls itself a resort can be misleading.
The location is within a tea garden/ estate. The view of the hill afront from the room is awesome. The single cottage ( as of now) is got a cozy bedroom and a living room packed with aminities. The private swimming pool and jacuzzi can ensure we soak all day. Peaceful and relaxing with an evening walk in the tea garden.

IndiaMy recent stay at the resort was a mixed bag of experiences. While the resort itself was a charming and tranquil retreat, there were certain aspects that fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of location, customer service, and timely amenities. Firstly, let me start with the positive aspects. The resort boasted a lovely ambiance, surrounded by picturesque scenery that provided a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The tranquility and natural beauty of the surroundings were truly captivating, allowing guests to relax and rejuvenate. One significant area of concern was the limited staff presence during our stay. After 5:30 PM, there was only one person available to attend to guests' needs. Unfortunately, this individual happened to fall ill during our stay, which led to difficulties in addressing certain issues. For instance, when we encountered problems with the bathroom pipes, it took an extended period of 2 hours to receive a resolution. This delay was undoubtedly frustrating, and it would have been preferable to have a backup plan in place to ensure prompt assistance, especially during emergencies. Despite the setbacks, the caretaker, when available, displayed a helpful and accommodating attitude. They went out of their way to assist us in purchasing a cake and other necessary items, which was much appreciated. However, the lack of adequate staff support during our stay diminished the overall customer service experience. Furthermore, there were delays in the breakfast service, which proved to be an inconvenience, particularly when traveling with a baby. We were informed that breakfast would be served between 9 and 10 am, but it arrived later than expected on the following morning. When traveling with young children, punctuality is crucial, and this delay negatively impacted our overall experience. In conclusion, the resort provided a delightful ambiance and a serene atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway.

India* Cleanliness is very poor, dust all the over place. Had to request to change the quilt as it had soil everywhere and bedsheet with hairs( guessing they didn’t change after previous guest), water boiling kettle is dirty * Not organised. Every single item has to be requested. Didnt even keep a tea spoon for making tea or coffee, coffee powder for 2 for 2 days stay, no tea or coffee in the morning breakfast (need to be requested), Jacuzzi was not working on the first day. * Security cameras all over the place, many oriented inside the place, private place but not the sense of privacy * Monkeys come often for food. Cannot have food safely outside. *Timings: the use of jacuzzi and room heater is timed and will shut off automatically. even timings for entering the pool
