Finding the place is a challenge - not enough sign boards given that the approach road is not very exciting. The restaurant menu needs to be enlarged extensively, as the number of people who would venture out for food given the location might be low.

Ambience of the resort by the river. Great service by the restaurant staff. Lovely pool, would've loved to have brought swimwear.

There was a lizard in the room. The air conditioning was malfunctioning.

Loved the property. It is right next to the lagoon waters offering a picturesque view. I booked a pool view room which was quite spacious and comfortable. The infinity pool was clean and well maintained. There were a variety of indoor and outdoor games like archery, badminton, air hockey, pool, table tennis, foosball, Jenga, carrom, etc. that made it a fun stay. You could even cycle along the lagoon waters. The breakfast had a variety of South Indian, North Indian and English breakfast items. The staff was cooperative.

Breakfast needs improvement. Like the toaster was not working properly. Very few fruit options

Very good property at a good location. The rooms were excellent and very clean property. Lot of activities like speed boating , jet ski , table tennis table and lot of activities for children to keep you busy. The swimming pool was very clean and good size. Breakfast could be improved. One small thing I noticed which needs to be addressed. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom because of which the bathroom gets wet after the bath. Overall a great experience.

Size of the hotel, the open restaurant towards the swimming pool, the swimming pool, every thing was clean, a very quiet place to have a great rest!

The location of the hotel beside the lake was the best feature. The strong winds blowing throughout the thoroughfare beside the lake were enjoyable, especially in the early morning and early evening. The staff was very friendly and ensures that we had no problems with our accommodation.

The last 1 km approach to the resort is a bit like off road and makes you wonder if you are on the right way. The staff informed us they are working on an alternate path to enter the property easily.

The resort location is perfect and very scenic. You can enjoy a calm and relaxed evening alongside backwaters with tea and snacks. They have many amenities to keep the kids entertained and provide boating options as well. The food was delicious although they didn't have much of South Indian options for lunch/dinner. The staffs were very courteous and super caring.

The ambiance and the lake view was very soothing while you chill with family , outdoor and indoor games where the best too . Good options in breakfast like we had South Indian , North Indian , continental,American breakfast options too. Rooms where clean and really good . Staffs are very warm welcoming. Peaceful location but away from french colony however worth to stay

Reception staff was ok. No lift/elevator. Not suitable for people wit special needs.

Compared to breakfasts at similar hotels, it was ok here. Right on the lake/lagoon.

Room had cockroaches after it had just been cleaned. Desk manager tried to charge for a confectionery from the mini bar that was apparently eaten but was never there. This was then removed. Overcharged for drinks ordered on room tab.

It was a bit far from the town. There is not much to do especially if you have kids it may be hard to keep them occupied. Otherwise it is a great place
