It’s not situated in a good locality. It’s recommended to stay inside the hotel premises as there were drunk people roaming about The Bar area also looked a bit shady

The fittings in the bathroom like the bathtub seemed to be at least +10y old. Most of the tv channels were blocked, but that shouldnt worry you not to get entertained there. The scent in the room smelled also like an old building

They place does hold up it's former glory days. But could do a bit more with the maintenance of the beautiful property. But that does not reflect on the services in any way. I also have to add this is very limited to certain aspects and not the property as a whole.

The place is true to the pictures of the view and the rooms. The most endearing part about the stay is the staff! they were so polite, accommodative and helpful! And the Restaurant was amazing! Every dish i tasted were really authentic and flavorful. I really enjoyed all my meals there. But the staff of the place were the ones who actually made my stay remarkable!

Beautiful location.Arvind the manager was very accommodating with our 4 year old daughter. The hotel restaurant was excellent with mouthwatering dishes. Just go and enjoy their hospitality.

Nothing much ! Some sun loungers would be nice! Be aware the beach is a working beach There are no other food options nearby.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lake Palace. The staff are all wonderful, from the minute we arrived they made us feel so welcome, they are friendly, helpful and very efficient. The property is set in grounds which lead to a view over the lake giving the whole place a feel of openness, peace and tranquility. Our room was perfect overlooking the gardens and lake with a nice balcony. Great size, very comfortable, plenty of storage space and a lovely bathroom. The restaurant serves excellent food, very fresh and tasty. ( Although a bit pricy worth it)The pool provides a good place to swim. Infact we liked it so much we rearranged our trip in order to return a few days later. Lovely location very quiet at night.

Hot water for shower was not available moreover the jacuzzi had maintenance issues. Breakfast was not satisfactory as well.

We booked 2 lake view rooms, but seems like they prepared only 1 room. 1 of the room wasn't cleaned and there was horrible stinky smell from the toilet. Also the chairs and tables on the baloney were full of dust and bird poop. Very limited items on the menu for dinner and breakfast (breakfast wasn't buffet).

Lake view room with balcony is really cool, view from the room was amazing, All staffs were polite and friendly. Nice pool, kids really enjoyed. Breakfast was excellent, loved poori and masala curry.

This is hands down one of the best properties i have been to. Really courteous staff and the ambience is mind blowing. There is a private lake at the back and they also offer kayaking and boating. The view is really beautiful and it is a well maintained property, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The swimming pool was not functional.

The property is a little out of the way but worth it! It's gorgeous and surrounded by the backwaters all around! Chef Zaki served us some delicious breakfast too! It's a beautiful property with excellent ammenities.
