We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I loved how Danish Bhaiya was so accommodating with everything that he had in his hands to help us with , be it jain food , wifi, travel , some items to buy etc.. He was very generous with his time and efforts into making our stay as best as he could . He spend time with us chatting , telling about his culture , Kashmiri things and his dad did also the same ( shared experiences). I travelled with my parents and they both enjoyed it very much. Location was fab , easy to find and you had local market near by + all the options (markets / attractions in Srinagar were within 15-20 mins distance) Entire stay dint feel like hotel stay , 1 hour in we felt like we were home. Even the staff , so good , so humble , great hospitality.

The friendly behavior of the owner as they approved my cancellation on the day of arrival since the location was not comfortable for me due to severe weather change and it was not possible to live somewhere above water.

Hotel lake side is located on the busy Dal Lake. I had opted for a corner room which gave me a wonderful view of the lake, especially when i dozed off at night or woke up in the morning. The room was clean, rather big and cozy. The hotel provides for heater as well as heated blankets for the colder months. The staff was always available helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in an excellent location. You will have the beautiful view of the dal lake from the small garden or sitout. The bonfire in the winter acts to the excitement in winter. The rooms are great value for money. A special mention about the staff and the owner Mr. Dinesh. The entire staff is very supportive and friendly. Especially the owner Mr. Dinesh is totally down to earth. He spends a good amount of time with all the guests and makes them aware of dos and don'ts while touring.

Costa RicaGetting in and out of the hotel could be a little frustrating since we had to search for somebody to take us in or out of the island. The location on Google maps seems to be correct, but in booking shows it's on the road. Ghat 12 is where you can take the boat to the island. The bathroom was a little stinky.
People were very nice and helpful, the room was spacious, the place had a great view, it had a really nice location on the lake.

IndiaThe major issue is with privacy when you take room no. 110 and 111 as they have a common wall and are of wood. No privacy is there as one can listen to even footsteps of other room..
The location is no doubt very good. If you want to stay in a houseboat, I would recommend avoiding a houseboat and staying in this hotel as it is inside the lake, just like a hotel on the island.

This little gem between the houseboats is a good find. We loved sitting in the relaxing garden, watching the Shikaras pass by. The rooms are spacious and have a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner are tasty, and we had interesting chats in the garden with family members and other guests. Beshir and his family are wonderful hosts. Always had a good suggestion and always cared for our wellbeing. Thank you for the hospitality.

IndiaWe stayed 3 nights. There was no electricity straight two days and it was so cold that my mother got sick. There was no wifi service as there was no electricity again. No proper hot water. It was truly a nightmare to spend two nights there in this minus temperature. We got electricity only one night. We payed only for the bed there as there was no other facility.
It is in good location with nice view of Dal-lake. Main food outlets are nearby such as KFC, pizza hut etc.
