We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

PolandLiterally everything else. Extremely dirty and stinky rooms( some with black mold on the walls and ceiling) one of the rooms got actually flooded. Some friends changed room 3 times in order to be able to sleep. Stuff rude and loud ( even during nite time so we had troubles sleeping) airport pick up didn’t appear. One hairdryer for entire hotel. It has nothing to do with suggested stars on the web. Feeling extremely disappointed and cheated - I book a lot through booking and this was second venue on booking which shouldn’t be there.
The only good thing is location- it was close to our friends wedding place . That’s all for the plus sides . Breakfast was actually decent however served on dirty plates.

Polandstaued 3 nights. 1at room we were checkied into was super dirty, not hot water and a uswrd condom on trash. It got flooded the next day. The moved us to a second room - huge mild oj tje ceiling, you could barely breathe. No warm water. Only after we made a scene the stuff moved us to a 3rd room. Still dirty, bir cleaner than the others. This hotel is poor, even for Indian standards.

IrelandFirstly this is was one of the worst stays of my life The room and the bathroom was extremely dirty and had a foul smell throughout the stay. Even after asking for room freshener, we weren’t provided one and rather someone just came to spray once that had no effect. Never ever touch the food at the hotel. Please ho to a nearby restaurant to eat because they provide stale food. I suffered from extreme food poisoning the next day even though i had a few bites. I couldn’t eat the food because it had a bad smell and tasted bad. You don’t want to waste your money on this hotel after paying 3k for a room per night. Had a terrible terrible experience

It is a date property. The doors are old, the furniture is old, the beds are uncomfortable, the pillows are like bricks.

United StatesI thought I was booking a stay at a non-smoking property; turns out they simply advertised non-smoking rooms. The room was non-smoking only in the sense that I did not smoke in it. There was even an ashtray. One fellow was smoking outside the hotel entrance and then just followed me in smoking the whole way. There was a vent pipe that runs through the bathroom that was just a chimney for the smokers below my room, I had to leave the door to the bathroom shut to keep what smoke I could out of the rest of the room. There was no hot water. A staff member assured me if I waited 10min it would heat up, I never got more than lukewarm water. The shower head was so blocked by mineral deposits it was nonfunctional. My solution was to book a massage at a spa and shower there. Stained sheets. Constant drip in shower, brown stuff growing in there.
The wifi actually wasn't bad, easy to connect to. The curtains were nice and thick.
