Location of the property is excellent, close to all food/shopping streets and not too far from the Har Ki Pauri (5-10mins in Rikshaw or 30mins walk). You are on the grounds of the Train Station, which means it’s always lively and feel safe as Police are always present with police station at the rear of the hotel. There are 2 different ATM machines right outside the hotel for convenience. Also new Dominos restaurant is opening very soon within hotel premises, which will be open to public. Lots of restaurants and street food opposite hotel and walking distance. Reception very clean with modern looks. Rooms were clean and ok for our needs as we spent most of the time away from the hotel but staff were always present to help if needed. Complimentary Tea/coffee making facilities in communal area where self service Irons were present as well. You can get more luxury hotels in Haridwar but then they are much further from Har Ki Pauri. Overall very good hotel, which made our visit to Haridwar easy.

The cleaning standards are very low. shower was dirty, as well as the floor. You will need to use flip flops.

It’s an ok hotel. Convenient location near the train station. Fine if you are staying for a day or two.

I didn’t like that the curtains and windows seem like they have never been washed. My TV didn’t work but luckily there was nothing on TV of my interest.

All was well in the hotel, however the photos on booking.com seem to be when the hotel was either new or renovated.

Providing another blanket for the cold of winter as India doesn’t really do heating

Great modern large hotel that was clean and very comfortable. It was perfect for a one night stay as we had to catch an early train to Delhi the next day. The property is right next door to the station so very convenient. Also good like street stall and restaurant right across the road. Check in staff were very friendly. Excellent price and very decent bathroom.

When we first entered the room, it smelled bad. It subsided later.

Breakfast was good for the price. We ate our breakfast there on both days. Location was near the place we wanted to visit.

The bathroom should be more clean.. The bucket is missing in the Bathroom.

Hotel is on the campus of Haridwar railway station. It's very clean and has a nice ambience but as per the cost it should give more facilities like swimming pool vibes ..Terrance vibes however the restaurant is well decorated with all food items as my breakfast is included that's why its complimentary the staff are very polite stay was very nice

The hotel was very good, me and my wife stayed for 1 night, and hotel was very near to railway station, just 2 min walk from the hotel, very convenient. Must stay to this hotel if you are looking for Hotel near in railway station. And also just 2 km distance from hotel har ki pauri and mansa devi temple, auto will take 50 rs to har ki pauri and 100 rs to mansa devi temple rope ways stand . overall its a good hotel
