The muzak in the hotel was almost unbearable. The dining room was very pleasant but the relentless playing of generic music on repeat made mealtimes miserable. Also our room gave onto the garden at the front where there is another restaurant from which came two songs on repeat until late at night. We asked at reception if it could be turned down (or even better off) and they were willing but unable to do so. Closing the window helped but not completely and we wanted it open.

The hotel is lovely. The grounds and pool very well kept. The rooms comfortable and well appointed. Staff very friendly. Although a little slow sometimes - it took a while to order refreshments. Nice to be able to open the windows as there are mosquito screens.

Nothing much. May be pricing in the restaurant can be a bit more reasonable.

Centrally located, clean and tidy, very supportive staff and good value for money. We misplaced a packet containing chicken work fabric that we had purchased in the courtyard; staff had kept that in the lost luggage counter and gave it to us when we enquirer about that. Ms.Swetha in the Indian Restaurant close to the reception was very helpful and hospitable. Employees like her will add tremendous value to your property.

Overall very expensive, expense was not commensurate with service provided. Azarak restaurant was not good value for money, too expensive for quality and service provided. Rooftop bar only opened after the sun went down, would have been lovely to sit up there and enjoy the sun set.

The terrible muzak in the bars and restaurants was off-putting. They played one track on repeat all through the day and night and unfortunately we could also hear it in our room, which was on the ground floor.

Saraca is a beautiful, heritage hotel located in a high-end neighbourhood in Lucknow. The staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing with a full buffet, as well as items available on request from the kitchen. You also have some great food options (Italian, Chinese and Indian) in their multiple restaurants and rooftop terrace.

Location was excellent and staff was very warm and homely, at the restaurant and on the reception desk. We had the heritage room which is one of their largest rooms and could accommodate 3 of us as my daughter was with us. Very clean and well designed

We aimed to leave at leave for the airport at 5:00. It took us over half an hour to check out. The person on the desk did not know how to do the checkout. Eventually he called his supervisor who did the check out in under 5 minutes. The persons on the front desk on the night shift needs to be trained in the check out procedure. It is not their fault they do not know the procedure. It is management's responsibility to make sure they re properly trained.

We liked almost everything about the hotel. The house keeping staff were very attentive. The food was excellent. The grounds were clean. I would recommend the hotel in spit of the difficulties encountered at check out,

Suggest rooms with adjoining doors - for suites - need better sound proofing.

Very comfortable, characterful pretty Indian bungalow, with wonderful staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and arranged our cars and travel around the tourist sites and shopping. The downstairs main restaurant - for breakfast and supper - was very good, tasty, wide selection and good value. The upstairs open area bar was very comfortable too.

The pool is in need of renovation and it’s not heated. I didn’t get any hot water in the shower in my room. It was only warm. Reception seemed a bit slow. I was repeatedly told I had to wait “a few minutes” for everything which isn’t very five star from my experience. The rooftop bar only opened after dark which was disappointing.

It’s a nice property. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the guy called Arman was very professional.

1. None of their restaurants were functional except the Indian cuisine one. 2. They had private parties everywhere, out of which one was literally right outside our room, and was very noisy. 3. Hardly any lobby area to sit/wait in.
