Breakfast is very one dimensional. The options are there not denying but the taste feels like they are meant for a tourist's palette. While the Sauna was hot, toasty and amazing, there are no ice baths or chill showers like ITC grand chola.

The property exudes royalty and the smell of the property is amazing. They have kumud& nilgiri perfume everywhere from your bathroom to the main lobby. This is the best Sauna I have been to by far.

The breakfast menu feels limited with a lot of South Indian options for a 5star property. And the bathroom amenities feel dated and the shower overflows.

Excellent breakfast, excellent staff, namely Priyanka and Sourab at the restaurant and Arshath (If I have got his name right) from the front reception, all of them went over and above to make our stay memorable. Overall guest services were amazing. Exceptional service from entrance to exit. Great place to stay, thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. Breakfast and pool super awesome

the food quality is just ok , went for breakfast on Sunday morning , the crowd @the coffee shop like carnival , as a hotelier i felt like the f& b team not fully prepared for the crowd , the food quality to be improved

this one of the best property i stay in Chennai , its simply superb you can say wow , i got upgraded from pool view to sea view ( Cherry on cake ) , very spacious room with walk in wardrobe , excellent view all are so amazing

Excellent/outstanding stay, it was super clean, the staff were simply amazing, the facility is exceptional. one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The hospitality is next level, I cannot fault a single staff member who was not friendly or was a let down. A few staff to name. Priyanka at the restaurant was very thoughtful and considerate, Sourab at the restaurant was also very attentive and friendly. They actually made you feel so valued. Arshath (If I have got his name right) at the reception on night shifts was also amazing. Overall we checked into another 5 star hotel soon after Leela as it was closer to our requirements and the stay at Leela made the next stay well below the required mark. The breakfast is divine, it is extensive....The pool is huge and for the weather, you must take a dip and Kumar at the pool was also excellent to deal with.

Only didn’t like buffet staff not helpful if you asked them something they never back so rude Spectra buffet kitchen staff good only waiters are rude attitude bad

Location is super and love the swimming pool and beautiful decoration and specially swimming pool staff CHANDRA was super always very helpful he looked after my daughter nicely will come back to Leela palace

There is really nothing you can complain about the property or hospitality. Just be slightly early for breakfast to avoid waiting for a table

The hospitality at Leela palace Chennai is excellent. Right from the welcome, until we checked outback, everything was done to perfection and with at most care. Aman kumar was my butler and he went above and beyond to take great care of us. He was constantly checking with us on WhatsApp to help us with our needs. Whenever I am staying in Chennai, leela palace will be my go to place. I have never been so impressed with the hospitality of a hotel. Again, Aman is truly incredible in hosting guests.
