Rooms are old - whitewash needs to be redone - water seepage. Give you a very non 5 star feel and does not interest you to back back to the property again. It high time they upgraded the restaurant and the room facilities.

Location - Parking space - Next to the best party place in town. Plenty choices to eat outside. Convenient entry and exit. Quiet place.

Parking only available on opposite side of the road which was muddy due to rain and not connected directly due to barb wires, had to drag heavy suitcase all around the fence to get to the hotel with muddy shoes. 2. Bathrooms are small 3. Breakfast option is very minimal in the buffet 4. AC was slow to cool, had to put visiting card in card holder to keep the cooling on

Too high price. We paid in the earlier stay from 2nd to 7th Sept., paying for 5 nights only Rs 35,000/- and now for 3 nights we have paid Rs 37,000/-.

The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. The restaurant recommended a menu and I liked it. If you need to stay a little longer due to flight time, the hotel was able to easily extend your check-out at a low cost.

I had booked the room for the parents, including breakfast and dinner. On check-in, they were told that breakfast and dinner are included. In the night, staff said to them that both breakfast and dinner were not included. My father had to get the booking email again, show it to them, and convince them that this is included. They were travelling for a medical checkup, and this added to their stress. The staff denied it and then agreed. What a painful experience for elderly parents when you prepay everything and want to make it a hassle-free experience.

The only issue was the loud music from some bars nearby but that was not the hotel's fault or under their control. the nights the music was off it was quiet

the hotel was very good great customer service from the reception, buffet, and room staff. It was accessible very safe and within walking distance to other places to eat. The rooms were bigger than, the big bed loads of space for the things with adequate supplies in the bathroom. The Chefs were kind enough to reduce the Chilli factor on our food orders as we don't do chilli but wanted to enjoy the local food

Breakfast was good. I'm not a spicy food person, so I think there should be some on your menu that could comdate, torest with little or not spice. But in saying that. The last night, we were there the chiefs did an amazing job on our supper, they prepared what we wanted yo the tee. Delicious
