Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI am a very adaptable person so I didn't find any difficulties for me, but it's not for everyone.
The Hotel is very closed to the Phoenix Mall which is a very good shopping mall, it has every brands like in London. Buses takes you everywhere you want and the Metro is over a kilometers away but very good, new and efficient.

United StatesThere was an idiot blasting his stereo outside the hotel at 6 in the morning. I got dressed and went out and give him the "reallyy???" look. It was the business across the way. He just laughed and turned his bass kickers back on.
The staff are friendly and the room smelled fine. It's hard to find rooms that match their pictures/descriptions in Mumbai. There is a mall a few blocks for a/c and tons of food options and movies.

SingaporeOnly the name was hygienic. Staff was kind of indifferent. Not much communication.
It was a safe place to stay for a couple of nights. Approximately 500 meters from the Hotel there is a huge shopping mall (Phoenix Mall Kurla) where you can find nice coffee shops, clean restaurants, supermarket, etc. Tuktuk to the airport cost around 300 IRS.

ItalyTo be a 3star hotel, the room should be entirely cleaned from top to bottom (bed headboard, curtains, windows... and all the surfaces). In the morning there are some noises and doorbells ringing. The position is not that great. Good for going to the airport, but on a big crowded street with few places where to eat.
The bed was comfortable and the room not too noisy. The toilet quite clean.
