The staff was very polite and helpful. They helped us in booking the cabs. Though the location was in the middle of the market, you would not experience any noise inside your room. The room was very clean and maintained. The location and hotel are safe for couples and families.

It was noisy in our room towards street but its Mumbai ...kind of normal :)

It was our second stay in Mumbai first time we stayed in the fort but linkway hotel was cheaper and also room in better condition,even though everything in Mumbai is more expensive than rest of India. Staff was very nice. Room was small but clean and even had day light. Shower worked very well. Location was very good. Very close to great restaurants, bars, shops... All just in front. Also very close to airport and Dharavi slum in case you plan a tour. We would choose again this hotel.

We have stayed at Hotel Linkway three times now. It is very conveniently situated for the airport and is a short walk to all the wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants that Bandra has to offer. The staff are fantastic and they also offer a few reasonably priced and simple breakfast items via room service. Last time we stayed we had an internal room which was completely silent - we had a great night's sleep despite being on a very busy road.

A view of something more than the backs of high-rise buildings would be good but this is Mumbai so what can you expect? If you want a street view you'll get street noise!

Very helpful, friendly staff. Very clean room, small but fine for one person. The room I was given was away from the road so very quiet. Extremely comfy bed and it had everything I needed except a kettle, but when I asked for one it was provided immediately. The only other thing which would have been good if I'd stayed more than one night was access to a water filter.

It's very good for people staying to get to the airport. The building looks old from outside but inside everything works and the rooms are very clean. The staff is very respectful and friendly. They helped us with everything including food and taxi reservations for reasonable prices.

Well located in Bandra, I had a pleasant stay here. The staff was helpful and friendly, helping me with my luggage and any questions during the stay. I liked the fact I was shown the room (even two different ones and got to choose) before paying. Also great there's an additional lock on the door on the inside providing extra safety - appreciated as a solo female traveler. The staff seems happy to work here and the manager briefly met me prior to departure to ask about my stay. The room itself was fine, AC and hot water were working. Cleanliness overall was ok (8/10), sheets and towels were clean.

As the hotel is located along a busy street, it can be quite noisy at night due to the traffic (constant honking). Hotel wifi is also quite weak, so be prepared to use your own data.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. When we couldn’t get hot water running in the shower, they assisted and resolved the issue. Room was clean. Location was excellent, with a lot of food options just a stone’s throw away.

The rooms away from the street were looking out on a wall so not much daylight or not a nice view but ok.

Very nice staff, made sure we were comfortable. We didn't have good wifi reception in our room as the wifi was down. The next day they were upgrading the wifi but unfortunately still no reception. They saw us looking at the router and came up straight away to ask if we wanted to change rooms. After that the wifi was working and well.

Very friendly and trustworthy staff. Always willing to help. Non problematic Location on the main high street, shopping area, nice restaurants nearby. Close to the airport. Rooms spacious enough. Modest furniture, but well preserve. All rooms and bathrooms - clean. Good price for good value. Fully recommend this hotel. Possibility of keeping luggage in the hotel locker - free of charge. Card and cash payment possible

It depends on what you're looking for but it's not so easy to find cheap local eateries nearby (except from some street food in the evening around the corner). There are more big chain or upscale restaurants in the neighborhood.

We got a free upgrade which was very nice, we enjoyed a very spacious room. Airco, fan and hot water. There is a choice of local breakfast, tea and coffee for a reasonable price. The hotel is willing to help you with ordering food or anything else you need.

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Rajiv and Jagdish were excellent hosts working at the reception. Shiva and Aditya were giving excellent room service. They would cater to every small requirement. Will come back on my next trip to Mumbai.

The rooms were great but the facilities could be better, it is an old building and the lift, corridors, reception, etc did not have a good appearance. In any case, we did not mind. We also had to pay extra for the bottled water.

Very good location at the Bandra neighborhood. This area is a bit expensive but the quality-price rate of this hotel is very good. It is located in a quiet street (for being Mumbai), close to the street market and nice restaurants. The room was good - clean and good size. We were received by the owner of the hotel, and the staff was very friendly.

Laundry service was a joke. High price and not all clothes are clean... Location to south Mumbai is not good (1 hour by train or Uber).

The room was clean, staff was nice, shower was good and the location was okay-ish if you want to be close to the airport. It is close to two train stations if you want to go the south Mumbai!
