The room was a bit expensive. There were no geyser in the bathroom. There was no separate face towel, no shampoo in the bathroom.

Location was superb. Staff was good. Basic facilities were there like AC, LCD TV, clean bathroom, towels, Telephone in room, Water, soap etc. Room service was also there.

It's almost 2 hours on the local bus to reach the Fort area. But the trip is pretty quite interesting the first few times and it's only 20 INR per person all the way.

Very nice staff. The room was an excellent price for Mumbai and very close to many nice cafes and restaurants. It's quite close to the airport and easy to get a tuk-tuk or car if you need to go places. There are several local buses that go to the Fort area (but it does take a long while in the crazy traffic)

The Hotel should think of arranging for an in-house kitchen and restaurant for its clients.

The hotel has an easy access to the Linking Road Market. You can shop till late and food outlets are nearby.

there is a no local Indian policy. which I told them, the purpose of my stay was to see my girlfriend who lives in Mumbai. so they understood and allowed it as long as she brought proper ID to check in. as long as you let them know ahead of time they seemed cool about it.

Staff was very very cooperative and quick in response. It's location is the main advantage. Room infrastructure is okay / good.

The bed linen and towels were quite dirty and the corridors smelled bad because people are allowed to smoke there. It was also unnerving having so many signs saying not to leave valuables in the room - it gave the impression that the hotel wasn't safe!

The location is great and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It's good value for money if you're looking for something cheap and cheerful.

Rooms at the Linking road are noisy all the day and night, the other rooms are a bit more quiet, Note, however, that Bombay does not sleep.

We had a little noise from neighbouring rooms but to be expected and want very late at night. No problem.

In terms of India, city, hotel, service - we are extremely happy to have stayed here. The staff are really wonderful. Superbly helpful, attentive to your happiness, very knowledgeable and very humble. 11/10 for the staff. The owner made time to say hi, he's a true brother and decent type imo, was my pleasure. They are very welcome here for me and my family The cleanliness of this hotel is with mentioning. Spotless. Really, I checked! By Indian standards this place is really easy way above the rest at this price point. Keep it up guys, really wonderful. Air con good, hot shower, reasonably quiet for a city. Highly recommended.

It is a budget option for Mumbai so don't expect glamour but think even for budget, it would be nice if there was somewhere to eat breakfast aside from our rooms

This is a really comfortable, well run hotel in a great location. The best thing though is the service. From the reception front desk I converted Dollars, got recommended great local restaurants and even was allowed to use their office for an emergency work meeting. They really went above and beyond

No hair dryer to borrow

Staying in Linkway Hotel was perfect for me as I wanted to be very near to 33rd street/15th street for their shops/loads of restaurant/beautysalon (only 250m away) and the busy Hill Road (900m away). The room was quiet as the street market only starts around 10:30am/11am. The bed was comfortable and bedroom/bathroom very clean. Will book it again next time as some other hotels in Bandra West do not meet the hygiene requirements or are expensive though they look good but are are a bit expensive for the level of modernity they have to offer. Unless you dream of luxury, don't hesitate to book a room in Linkway Hotel. (Lovely masala chai and poha for breakfast by the way)

Neat & clean room, a comfortable bed, good AC and a clean wash room - all at a very economical price. This is a basic, no-frills hotel that is good value for money. The owner & reception staff have to be commended for managing this hotel efficiently. Mr Sharma at the reception is friendly and helpful. Room boy Badal is alert, energetic and active. Even the security guard at the gate is helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent. The in-house kitchen provides basics like tea, coffee & bread butter toast. Food can easily be ordered from restaurants nearby. There are many dining options nearby.
