It was not bit of clean for deluxe cottage . And it was over priced .

The bathroom smelled bad when we got the room, after few hours the smell disappeared. The room is dark which is convenient with the heat of the weather but it is not so comfortable.

We had a good stay in Little India. The place is amazing, the swimming pool is lovely ! And you get instant access to the beach from where can enjoy hotel's chairs and matelas on the beach, eat and drink.

There was some loud music next to the hotel but it didn’t go on late. No where near as much noise as elsewhere in the area so to be expected!

We loved our haven of Little India. It feels like a sanctuary away from the madness of Baga and Calangute. The beach hut was so special and we especially loved the gorgeous pool area and the amazing food and staff at Bongos beach shack!

My wife and I really loved this place, loved the service and how the shack waiters are friendly. It was a perfect location at beach front property, it was perfect for my kids too. Our daughter fell ill and they even helped with an on call doctor.

The cottages in a row were a bit dark.

It was down towards the beach with own beach access. Misleading info that the accommodation was not more on the beach. Very clean and quiet. Ground were beautifully looked after. Hotel restaurant was on the beach next door to a noisy bar but there were others close by.

Really liked it here. Premises kept clean and staff were very good. Pool area nice and off the beach which is good. Restaurant Bongo beach shack on beach associated with hotel is really decent food. Huts basic sure but air con worked and they were safe

Nothing to complain about.

To be honest, I didnt like Baga itself. BUT: this place was special. Located at the most quiet place of the whole beach. Super nice and supportive stuff. Nice rooms. Super cute garden. Delicious food. Probably the strongest toilette paper in whole india (I really liked that 🫠). If you wanna visit Baga you should choose this place.

Rooms were variable, some being considerably better than others.

Location was very good being set just back from the beach away from the mayhem of Baga beach. The attached beach bar, Bongo, was excellent for service, food and drink. The swimming pool was also excellent.

Only that it was difficult to get away from the ridiculously loud music from the beach into the night.

Good position in well maintained grounds. Easy access to all surrounding areas. Lovely clean swimming pool with comfortable Sun beds and shade.

We stayed in a small hut in a beautiful garden, where there was peace and quiet. The facility had direct access to the beach. There was a small swimming pool on site where you could relax and cool down. The facility and the beach around the restaurant were clean and the service was very nice. This is the best place we stayed in during our visit to India

I was not a great fan of bongo shacks which is the property restaurant. I was expecting a lot from the previous reviews. Food is expensive but the food is average. At the beach we were not able to relax peacefully as people often come to you to buy stuff and at times force you into buying things.

We stayed in deluxe rooms which are spacious and clean. The rooms had all the amenities mentioned. It was a cozy stay. Beach is in 5 mins walking distance from the property. 10- 15 mins distance to other restaurants and titos lane.

The bathroom did not have a place to keep your toothbrush and other toiletries . The room as such was very nice and spacious, just few cosmetic touches would enhance the experience.

The beach location was just a few steps away. Super accessibility.

Cold shower in the first night but for the next day they could fix it. We stayed at the first villa, realy close to the reception. When booking try to ask for the nearest to the beach. The staff is nice,but doesn’t know much about the things to do near by.

The location is perfect! It is between baga beach and calangute. The villa was well furnished and clean. The food at the restaurant was amazing.
