We had only one issue - even though we had pre-ordered tea, due to a sudden rush of customers, they were unable to make it as the kitchen was busy. My parents, who are over 70, struggled a bit with the stairs.

I stayed at Little Sikkim Inn for 3 nights starting June 26, 2024. The owners and staff were very courteous and helpful. They were friendly, making us feel very comfortable during our stay. The location is very convenient, situated in the hustle and bustle of the city, right opposite the district court. You can find vegetable shops, small general stores, and wine shops all within a 2-5 minute walk. The place is safe and perfect for families. The food is good; they have a restaurant that cooks food on a pre-order basis only. Any ad-hoc order won't be accommodated in the restaurant, so ordering something on the spot is not possible. We forgot to order dal, and we requested to prepare one extra dish. First they denied but they did prepare it. The rooms were comfortable. If you have senior citizens, it is better to take rooms on the first floor. I had no issues with it myself. Overall, it was a good stay, and we enjoyed it.

Host and the staff were super friendly, the room requested was cozy and super clean. Its near ranka chowk, which is just a walking distance from mg marg. So overall a very nice place with very well natured staff.

Solomon was extremely helpful. While I was staying I was ill and had to go to the Hospital, and the staff all did the upmost to ensure I got there in a timely manner and that I was well looked after. One of the staff even stayed with me at the hospital while I was there to ensure everything went smoothly- the manager Solomon.

We reached the hotel at midnight and The property owner Majula was very kind and sweet, she was awake until we reached the hotel, guiding us all the way. We had a warm welcome by the staff members too. They made sure that we were comfortable and all the services were provided to us. The hotel is close by to Gangtok city and they had a great view from the window. I recommend this place, affordable, great hospitality. We enjoyed it and would love to stay there again
