You don’t put a hairdryer in a bathroom where everything is wet + you cannot remove the hairdryer as it is directly connected to electrical cable… insane

We were not given the room we booked - apparently, the pictures corresponding with the booking are from a different property across the road. We were given dingy rooms that lacked hygiene (very dusty around the room and crusty dirty toilet). Embarrassing as I had a friend joining me for this trip too.

Location was great - few minutes from the Taj. Staff very kind and friendly, but the hotel itself VERY disappointing.

I personally, hate a wet bathroom floor and no window and the bathroom fan didn’t work.

2 mins walk to Tah Mahal entrance. It’s a great choice to stay if you want to see a view on the rooftop for sunrise & sunset! We had lunch and dinner at the hotel and the Chef was very great!

We were situated in a building across the road from the main hotel, this was fine but felt a little unsecured as anyone could get in through the wooden doors. There was also building work going on all day right outside our room making it very dusty & very loud. In normal circumstances tourists would be out all day so not a problem, but we were unwell. I didn’t complain to staff and I am sure if we had, they’d have stopped but personally we weren’t bothered, they have to work! But would suggest the hotel let guests know of the renovations at booking so there isn’t the surprise element.

Location to the Taj Mahal was excellent. Less than a 5 minute walk! Many recommend restaurants nearby too, such as Shankara & Joneys. Room was spacious and staff friendly, helped flag tuktuks and a taxi for onwards travel. Thank you!

They are in the process of adding an annex across the road. Did not appreciate someone using an electric drill at 3am for about 15 minutes.

The rooms are a bit shabby but okay for the price somewhere. You don't really feel comfortable, especially the bathroom is disgusting and hardly any water came out of the shower, but for one night in Agra for the Taj Mahal / Fort, it's totally sufficient.

The staff was all very friendly and the location is great for visiting taj mahal.

Room badly needed decoration and had bad drain smell, but staff enabled us to move to newer room with no smell next day. But noisy construction work at hotel continued all day until 10pm. Then recommenced at 10:20pm and only stopped because I personally intervened.

Great location close to Taj Mahal. Concierge is excellent and organised a superb tour. Staff are friendly.

Construction when we were there in March, was almost 24h and in the area directly above our room so very difficult to sleep. But that won't be permanent

They have a lot of internal building works going on at the moment. They were working through the night and although not super noisy, you could still hear them moving things and scraping materials.

The rooms were very basic and are in need of a face lift, but you can’t expect luxury given the price! Fine for a one night stay.

There is a great improving possibility - first of all, change and isolate the door to the staircase - during our stay there were people coming in and out in the middle of the night, very loud people and woke me up several times. And it was like they were staying at my bed, so loud it was. The window was also not at all isolated, the tuc-tucs were going almost the whole night and the dogs were barking and fighting each other. This felt also very loud. In the bad there should be a curtain, because the whole water after a shover is on the whole floor. The walls were quite dirty.

There is no sound isolation. You hear everything from the hotel corridors and the street. The entrance door and the bathroom doors do not fit into the wall frames which means you can't correctly close/seal them. The breakfast was different from what was mentioned on Booking and on the hotel breakfast menu board. We were allowed to have one drink and one dish. It felt a bit small but tasted good.

The staff is attentive, polite and helpful. The bed is large and the room pretty neat. The food we had was nice.

No sidewalks outside but unfortunately this is very typical of the area. Agra is very dusty, loud and dirty. This hotel is a diamond of value in the rough though.

The place was not enough clean for a hotel and the towels were so old, we thought that the towels were dirty and asked for new ones and the new ones were in the same conditions 🙃

The place is so close to the taj Mahal and the staff was very helpful.

The noise of the traffic (constant beeps )outside well into the night and when the traffic got less all you could hear was barking dogs !! The menu showed an American breakfast with the picture of what you would expect an American breakfast to be - however, that is not the case !! It is only a picture (as I was told ) just dry toast and frozen butter with eggs !!

I didn’t like the lack of loo roll and that there was no water at 6.30 and when it came, it was tepid

The location is rough, the room clean in need of an update re painting and decorating. The bed was excellent and I slept well despite the chorus of dog barking. The shower boiler wasn’t turned on, the staff didn’t alert me. There was no water at 6.30 and when the water arrived it was tepid. The breakfast was sufficient.
