The hotel is clean, modern and near a mall. The staff is helpfull and friendly. The breakfast is good, all you need to start youre day. You can easily take a rikshaw our taxi in front of the hotel for a reasonable rate to bring you to the temple or ghats. Our room and bathroom was spacious and had a bathtub. For varanasi this is one of the best hotels!

All front desk and supporting staffs need proper training and orientation. Since it’s a pilgrim spot, understanding scarcity of rooms, charges unjustified; not matching with the profile of the property.

It’s nice property at the right location. I travelled from Delhi to Varanasi, feel much relaxed while standing under shower. Water is so good and refreshing.

The reception could improve their friendliness. The buffet €16 euro was a little overpriced for what was served. Spa and ayurveda was empty, probably because it was expensive also.

Morning breakfast is good for Indian people but very less option for foreigners. My husband (British) didn’t find it attractive, also bread and croissant were very dry. Coffee was not good, however, masala tea was good so we just decided to go for it.

Rooms are big and very clean, staff is nice and very helping but the reception staff is slow.

1. Rooms could be a bit more spacious. 2. Breakfast - I think spread is great. However, the taste of the food items can be improved, e.g., Masala Tea and Puri Subzi can be improved. The same items that you get in the alleys of Varanasi city are much better.

The name Madin neither sound familiar nor it sounded like a top end property. When I reached the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to such a well maintained property which is used by international travelers also. The facilities provided are high end and the staff are well mannered, welcoming and helpful to the guests. It is also centrally located and very convenient to go to the main attractions of the city of Varanasi. I really liked the size of the bathroom in our room and the facilities therein.

Pricey rates for the level of the structure. Too much. Internet with access vouchers released at reception is a really obsolete way to access the internet..No vouchers.in any other Hotel in India during our trip. Cleanliness should be of a much higher standard for a hotel with that daily rate. The vanity sets were opened and partially used.

The room was big enough to be comfortable. There is a mall nearby. Good breakfast with many Indian and international choices. Kindness of personnel at reception breakfast and at the bar at 1st floor.

Not all the staff was friendly. Particularly at the time of arrival, the staff at the reception were bit rude, wasn't really welcoming. The food menu can be improved.

Bath towels need to upgraded to match property’s branding

Location was great, quiet approx 5km away from downtown, temples and ghats. Rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained. Transport easily arranged by hotel and has full day option. Food is clean, tasty and reasonably priced (also 24 hours).

Nothing we really dislike.

It is far from the river and the city center but it was actually better because it is in a quiet place. It's also nearby a shopping mall. Breakfast was fine. More fresh fruits will be better. The gym was quite complete.
