Approach road for the hotel - too narrow and steep road and not having visible signage for the hotel entry. Parking space also not adequate to accommodate large vehicles - if the no of vehicle is more.

I liked the room's position - direct view of the range of mountains. Strawberry farms tour which the hotel management has organised - it was an wonderful experience.

As our stay was a very limited period, this criteria would not fit. But A - The road to the property was very narrow. As a property, there is no much option for it to grow and mould to become a big resort as its a decently priced place and you get what you pay!

This is a limited accommodation in Panchgani (Little outskirts) and the way to reach the property is a narrow road. The views are hidden as there are a couple of properties that are around the place but still, there is a bit of privacy. For the price point we paid (as our agenda was sightseeing) I felt this was an okay place if your motive is to just get back and rest. The staff is friendly & can give you basic facilities. We did not eat at the property as we came there to relish local food and ate outside.

Lot of open air. It has place to sit on the bench, relax, chill and roam around the balcony.

Breakfast timings could have been bit earlier. They start the Breakfast service by 8.30 AM. Otherwise, no complaints. Comfortable stay altogether. Thanks to the Hotel Staff for their homely / courteous approach to all the Guests that were present along with their Family at the Hotel.

Very courteous and professional staff. Location was very good and quiet location. Breakfast was included in the Booking and delicious breakfast was served - different types on all the 3 Days stay at Hotel. Ample Car Parking Area. Good Garden Area for Campfire Dinner & Moring Walk. Kids play area also available in the Garden area. Overall a very memorable trip to Hotel Mahabaleshwar Fragrance and a comfortable stay for 3 Night / 4 Days.

THe approach was very confusing as it is a 9 feet Forest road approx 500m. There is only one signboard(3'x2'). The incline is steep and only one vehicle can travel so keep blowing horn. No lights also. As per Hotel staff the lights were put but the Forest deptt removed it. The approach is common for three hotels and a Pvt property. So follow Google map or one is bound to miss the turn.

Well mannered staff and spacious room overlooking River Venna valley. Lot of strawberry farms around.

Very good location, Big room and very Clean, Food is also good, Staff were very polite. Awesome view from the Garden, they provided a bonfire at night with music. Value for Money. Special mention to Brijesh who help a lot and made our stay very nice.

The ground floor rooms are very noisy as the kitchen and hallway are very close to the rooms.

We really liked the hospitality. We were traveling with infants and had a few food preferences. They were kind enough to fulfil our requests.

One of the single bed was too hard. Since it being monsoon season it will be good if put some floor mats in the enterence and near balcony

Parking space crunch, I was told that they are getting a bigger space under parking which should help the current issue. There were bed bugs in one of the rooms. Hopefully this was fixed for the next customer.

Rooms were spacious with a good mountain view. Food was good and service was great. There was a quick response to the requests made. Rains made the view even more scenic. Mapro garden is close by.

Approach road for about a km

The owner was present himself and was very coordial. Helped to get my EV car chrging out of way. Good food and homely feeling

Hotel cab rate were very expensive compared to others and food quality was not that much good as per charges. Food was like okay in taste.

Room service was little bit delayed (may be they are overloaded). Paid food was good but can do even better.

Overall a very soothing experience. Meets my expectation. Staff members were very helpful. Complementary breakfast was fulfilling. Access to the nearby Strawberry garden is a plus. Bonfire, karaoke sessions was some surprising elements.
