Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IndiaWe had a horrible experience. We had booked the hotel for five days . The toilet was so untidy that we had to tell them to change the seat. During night, there was an unbearable sound from the plant on the roof top. Next day, we got our room changed from 7th to 6th floor. However on the 6th floor, the noise was reduced, but there. Was no internet connection, no inntercom, AC was not working n hot water was not available. Finally v had to shift the hotel n v did it the same day to make our stay comfortable.

IndiaI booked this room in an expectation that it is very spacious as mentioned in your booking page (45sq metre). Other wise I won't pay rs 2600. While checked in I realised that room is hardly 15sq metre (1/3 of offered size). If this room is so congested I might have booked in hotel raviz which is just rs 500 more than this room

IndiaAir-conditioning was trash. The ac wasn't even working. The phone wasn't working. Had to go down to the reception each time. The temperature outside the room was much more cooler than the inside temperature. The rooms definitely need maintenance. The rooms are over priced and not worth the amount they charge. The fan was working properly tho!!

Indiaservice was very poor .. 2 days I stayed , both the days A/C was not working .. even one day night at 3 am I shifted the room , just imagine shifting a room at 3 pm , lost sleep , lost next days meeting perfomance , overall it was really a very bad stay .. am writing on google review too about my bad situation
