There's no fridge in the room, main and washroom doors were not locking properly. Shower handle came out on the first day. In Buffet restaurant, nails have come out of chair.shown to the manager.

Overall, the stay was good and value for money. Staff were very cooperative and took good care. Food was good and we could get everything that we ordered in room dining.

Steam sauna and jacuzzi can be added which will add value to property also no fridge in cottage room which is basic necessity now a days

Breakfast was good. Variety of items plus live kitchen is awesome. Staff is polite and helpful. DJ night enjoyed along with family. Would like to visit again in rainy season now.

1. Name confuses people..between them and their neighbours (and I have now stayed in both).. definitely their neighbours are better off with the entire petting zoo concept. The avenues for entertainment are fewer here. 2. The entire place seems a bit disorganised and not like one seemless property..just outside the villa is a road which is most of the time abuzz with moving construction vehicles and workers as they are expanding and with 2 toddlers around it was a scare 3. Hotel inmates can choose to burst firecrackers disturbing others...without the hotel management intervening to stop them 4. AC in one room dripped and made the room damp. Fan in another room didn't work 5. There are a couple of activities for the kids like magic show/pottery etc but those are fleeting moments of joy in the entire day lasting for a total of 5-7 minutes 6. The breakfast (esp the cold cuts section) was below average 7. The gist: Didn't get value for my money

The upkeep could have been better. You can tell that is an old resort. Needs a renovation in my opinion.

The place is located right on the highway and so is easy to locate. The place is clean and hygienic. The food is good.

Tried ringing contact numbers multiple times before my arrival but all the calls were unanswered- management needs to consider how they can improve communication.

Excellent location for a brief tranquil getaway. Very peaceful place and staff is excellent. Food was very good with unlimited breakfast.

it’s not worth 16k, I thought it’s Manas resort where kids can have some extra fun but this Manas life style resort which has only swing pool, some indore games and open play area.

The safety was lacking, apart from that room service took too long, the service in Baithak was disappointing at times, they need to improve the safety aspect. As someone tried to enter our room through the balcony at night.

I think the cost of rooms are a bit on higher side we paid 6k for 1 night

Hot water in shower needs to look out. Also bit confused on premium room. During check in said your room being upgrade but don't know what that was truly upgraded as a visitor first they should highlight us the booked and upgraded one.

Staff are good and cooperative. Food was too good . Breakfast should have more options.

Cleanliness - lot of flies, dusty room, no hand towels Lack of activities Check-in payment to be settled upfront before checking in. I experienced it for the first time. I thought that the stay is going to be very transactional and might offer no experience at all. It didn't turn out that bad though.

As mentioned above some more free play games for kids and adolescents.

Breakfast was excellent, Location beautiful, lacked basic facilities like Gym for health lovers, No hair drier, Rooms and restaurant are not cleaned without being told.
