Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThere is no arrangement of cold water in summer season and water has to be brought from the water cooler itself which is on the ground floor and the hotel is on the 4th floor If you stay at 4th floor then you will have to come downstairs again and again to get water from the water cooler. Everything else was great and great, just the water problem.

IndiaThere nothing good about the property. Its very dirty, stinks like hell and staff are completely money minded and even if you want to get room 30mins before 11am they will charge 500 extra. They wont even provide towels or toiletries until unless you ask.

IndiaThe room was very congested and small,the ac remote had battery but was not working ,i had to call the staff fr replacing it with new battery ,the tv was also not working everytime it was getting off,dont knw for what reason.Bathroom was not at cleaned.water was dropping from the gyser.mirror was not cleaned ,all over 4500 rs not worth it at all . At morning when i went fr breakfast flies were all over the food and very less variety was there . To maintain a hotel business cleanliness with hygine is the most important thing which was missing.
