The hotel is located outside of the city area but closer to the Taj Mahal. We checked in the Middle of the night and the guy at the reception was waiting for us. They asked for the room fee middle of the night but we said we will pay in the morning after exchanging USD. But they demanded for money. then we collected all the INR that we had exchanged from the airport and paid. The weather is very warm. water coming from the shower was also heated during the middle of the night. It was the AC room but the AC wasn't working properly. we have complained about this but they never give it a try to fix it. Breakfast was very simple. They had only something cooked from rice flakes and roti. We had rotti but curry was curd and pickle. There were a few Indian guests and we saw they had bread we asked for the same but the waiter said it would take 20 minutes to offer bread. so we came out without having bread.

Our room is big, modern and clean. closer to the Taj Mahal.

We stayed on the first floor and had a terrible view of the garbage dump outside the window. The hotel has a banquet hall and it just so happened that our stay coincided with a wedding. The fun continued into the night.

Nice hotel with good and quite good quality renovation. Clean room and good smell in it. The hotel is a little away from the main street and hence it was peaceful to stay in.Would recommend it as a budget option for a stopover for a few days in Agra.

We noticed the bed sheets were not clean, if they could wash them regularly and or replace the stained once would be excellent.

Room, Bathroom and the facilities was clean and well maintained. Early morning we went to Taj Mahal and by the time we came back we were close to 10Am.We were very pleased to see the staff waited to serve us very good Breakfast.

The only thing that could have been slightly better was the breakfast. There was not a lot of choice.

The staff is super friendly! Especially Sonu, he helped me with everything!! They also gave me such a nice room. The bathroom has nice hot water and is very clean. I do recommend this hotel!!

1)The hotel management should look positively towards internet facilities. They are not up to standards. Inside the room wifi signal strength was poor and speed was around 20mbps. 2)The other thing is that they provided a very good food on first day but for subsequent days they degraded food quality in spite of repeatedly complaining. 3)Last but not least, food rates are exceptionally higher than their rational rates.

Rooms are perfectly spacious, well air conditioned, and with all basic amenities which are required for one or two night stays. The hotel location is little bit offset from the main Agra-Fatehabad state highway, but it is good for those who want peace and free from city hustle-bustle.

The only backward was the location, little isolated, but I think in a few years the area will develop more.

Its was our best and cleanest hotel in India. Very clean rooms, new furniture and the toilets were european cleanliness strandards. The staff was very helpful and kind. The laundry service was perfect.
