Loved everything about it. No complaints

The property is right on the beach. I did not have to go anywhere to see the sun set. Yazu, which is an in-house restaurant has the perfect sunset view.

Staff was forgetful, several rooms have sorry view of a dusty carpark - had to request for room change, and was thankfully done

The Restuarant could not accommodate the crowds No cheese, cold meat, pork on offer in the buffet

Breakfast was served in the one Restuarant. 1st floor in a cheerful large space with alfresco seating in the balcony alongside Liked that it was air conditioned. Staff were good, empty bowls of fruit, juices were replenished promptly Eggs to order, Dosa etc were good

Lots of mosquitos - but lots of greenery so…. Bring your repellent The run off around the pool was dirty and black Mould - difficult to get to clean it I imagine - especially during high season. But still it stained when it touched swim shorts and just looks horrid.

A great hotel in Camdolim - southern tip. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Special shout out to the pool staff. Room was comfortable and clean - make sure you book a view room. Not the basic deluxe double. These were no good. We moved. The food was excellent - we tried many things once breakfast buffet. All was great. Pool was lovely - but can get busy! There were lots of families there on our last day and it got really noisy. But we just moved down to the beach area so was ok. The beach and Yazu beach bar area was fab and wonderful to watch the sunset. Amazing trip - would def go back.

The bar on the beach had very loud music in the evening, so we never ate there, whcih was a shame as it was a fantastic setting

I could see extra roll out beds in the passage way of the hotel but these weren’t offered to us during our stay even though we had requested an extra bed… we were informed that they only offer a mattress on the floor…

The view from our room was a big «garbage dump» where they burned a lot of garden trash every day. The selection on the breakfast was ok, but mostly indian dishes. But since it was almost none western tourist in the hotel or in any place in Goa at the moment, we understand that.

Amazing staff that made us feel so welcome. Ozzy the manager is the best gyu, so funny and chatty and helpful and he did the stay for us. The pool area is very beautiful, the food and drinks they serve is great and good tasting both western dishes and indian. The location is great, so close to the beach.

The room was facing the road. The staff at the reception were good. However when I had made a phone call from my home before reaching the hotel, the staff weren't as helpful. They had a tendency to say 'No' quite early. For example, I asked them if they had a kid's toilet seat. Initially the person said no. When I pushed a bit and asked them if they can arrange for one, he said he will transfer the call to reception. He could have been more positive to begin with. Eventually the housekeeping staff confirmed that the seat was available.

The location is excellent with good beach access , and a good hotel swimming pool. Breakfast was quite good with regular as well as south Indian options.

prices for everything is on the higher side.

bang on candolim beach and walking distance from the main candolim road which is always buzzing so location wise 10 on 10. breakfast spread was excellent. resort is not very big like the ones in south goa but given the fact that it is right on the beach and in middle of candolim it is understandable. enough car parking available. good beach shacks around the hotel.

Absurdly priced rooms for the value and making requests like bike parking to hotel staff looked like a hazard. They did not comply initially but I had to make other ways
