How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Water outlet system in the bathrooms can be improve otherwise everything was good.
Prime Location,supportive staff, value for stay, Staff behavior is very good. Apartment has everything for a family stay that includes Kitchen Appliances, TV, Big Sofa, Dining Table, AC's in all 3 room(I have taken 3BHK) etc. Will visit again. Just a suggestion: Do not follow Google maps it will take you through narrow streets, better to ask Manager for near by landmark.

A bit far away from the central tourist areas ( Nandi chowk; Dashaswamedh Ghat, Bishwanath temple) ; approximately 20 min E Rickshaw ride ( avoid car; too congested and narrow Varanasi roads ! ) No major shops or markets nearby .
Very well ventilated airy sunny 5th flr apartment, all side open, clean with all basic furnishings, including refrigerator, washing machines, cooking gas , RO water, Electric kettle, Geyser. ( no microwave) Clean linen. Bathrooms clean, basic. Lift and parking. In a quiet , residential area on a wide not too busy road . Staff very helpful, specially Shankar. Excellent value for money.

The curtains could have been thicker, as light streamed in the whole night , making sleep uncomfortable. Also the cupboards are not the same size in all rooms. Very tiny in some rooms.

One geyser was not working but it didn’t change much as we are able to manage easily.
It’s a value for money property for family. A 3 bhk apartment good for small group of around 6-8 people with your own private space.

No decent restaurants or even tea shops within 1 km. It's not within walking distance from the main bazaar or the sightseeing places. You have to rent a car or take an auto or Toto. The kitchen cutlery needs to be replaced as it looked dull. There is no cable TV. You need google login or others to access TV.
This was a flat in an apartment complex. It was quiet and nice. The apartment is equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. It's good if you are coming with a large family. Will be like staying at home. There is RO water for drinking, fridge, geyser in both bathrooms, cooking gas, and a nice kitchen. The kitchen is not stocked and only has a few plates, a few forks, and spoons. You need a login for TV.

We found a rat inside the apartment on our last night, otherwise was really great.
The location is great, rooms are big and spacious enough, the kitchen has enough crockeries. The apartment has 3 balconies. Shankar, our guide arranged by the host was really helpful and gave us helpful tips as well as guide us through the locations. I can definitely recommend this stay.

Upon arrival the cleaning was still in progress although the manager and staffs were friendly.

Cleanliness was something which is important. Washroom was bit concern and need improvement in terms of clearness.
The property is close to temple and good for large group. Master Nadeem and staff was very cooperative and friendly and was available as and when needed.

Pretty Garden View Apartment did not have any view at all just a brick wall just next to the window
The property name is Pretty Garden View but Actually there is no view from the rooms it had a wall without plaster as a view from the window

Tried reaching the number from booking.com numerous times but nobody answers, this can certainly be fixed easily by trusting someone reliable with answering the calls.
The staff was super friendly and helpful.. the apartment was very clean and I visited the place with my family so can assure you that it's a family friendly place. Kindly visit the place directly from the directions section in booking.com and meet Shankar, he made things very easy.
