Location is good in powai and they have a caretaker available on call for any issues.The room is adequately sized for a single/couple traveller.The kitchen is well equipped.Super Market etc is close by.All eateries etc are at a walking distance of 10 min.

Just one suggestion. You have provided a nice Iron with ironing stand. However, the property does not have appropriate 16amp pin switch anywhere either in the Hall or bedroom. So when we wanted to iron some clothes, despite having the iron, we could not use it. Everything else was fine

The cleanliness and all the facilities were impeccable. Its a good facility for one person. At the most two. Everything was super clean and spic n span. The associate of Maxxvalue, Mr Imdad, was very courteous and helpful.

We booked for 2 nights( 7th and 8th Dec 2022) as we came into Mumbai early morning on 8th. The booking was confirmed by booking.com. we had sent a mail too saying we will check in on 8th morning around 4a.m. The card details were provided. Inspite of this when we called the property from airport they said the booking was canceled due to some misunderstanding .No intimation was given to us. Our booking. Com site showed booking confirmed. After much persuation, they told us to come to their another hotel in Chandiveli . Though they were apologetic and took care of us and shifted us to the apartment around 12.pm.. the whole process was very tiring after a long flight. Booking com should take corrective action and see to it that such incidents are not repeated. Otherwise this place is excellent place to stay just inside Hiranandani gardens.with all amenities all around.

The apartment was beautiful ,well maintained and conveniently located.The caretaker was efficient and took good care of us The breakfast was also good and was packed hygienically and provided to us on time.

any additional request for eg multiple plug was refused and then given after call. house slippers provided was not clean and extremely dirty and yellow in colour. was woken up one day by the cleaning guys who wanted to clean at 9.15 am and said they cannot come back later. towels are not changed everyday..used one is kept again for toilet floor. Pillow cover is used for dusting!! used towels are kept in same bag as fresh towels. no water dispenser provided unlike RELOHomes their competitor next door! No shower curtain and was told not to use the floor towel outside shower. so expectation is we walk with wet feet till the bathroom door. And I was told that I was the only one who has complained that water spills outside the shower area. no side tables next to the bed. so water bottle has to be kept on the floor!

Not explained which apartment I should go to.　Difficult to locate the apartment. Many discoveries after arrival. Hot water not very hot, wash basin was clogging, second day no one came for cleaning or changing towels, power failure many times, curtain was so transparent and I felt vulnerable. Lots need to be checked before such properties and serviceproviders are listed in Booking.com. It will affect your reputation
