Room cleanness,bath room was worst like a B grade Hotel and baisc facility like towel,soap was not provided .we had to ask them. We booked " moon ct "but after seeing the room condition, we had to change the room to hotel "D2 HOLIDAY INN" with AC facility but the room and bathroom condition was even worse as mentioned above as well as the image in photo section.

Only location was gòod.

I book the hotel 1 month before with advance money . They conform with us before we reach the hotel also. But when we reach there for our check in they inform us their is no room avalaible in the hotel .2 time they (Hotel moon)sent in different hotels as they told they will arrange the room But when we go to the hotels they are also saying no rooms avalaible .We reach at the hotel at almost 3 pm.After 2 to hours of wasting our time and incovience they finally they (Hotel Moon) gave us a dirty room in the back side of the hotel ,same hotel were we booked .However we dont have any other option ,we were tired of them, so stayed there check in at 8 pm(room they give us at 8pm) . Very bad experience with the hotel ,next morning 6 am we left the hotel.

On arrival they told us the hotel was full and we would accomodate at a nearby place. But this place had bedsheets filthy, no wifi, and several other issues. We complained and got a full refund.

There was nothing nice about this place. After I booked, 5-6 people from different numbers called me to pay in advance to confirm my booking, it was like torture, I paid 1000rs extra too. After I went to the property they said they are currently overbooked and hence shifted me to their other property. That was also not clean and it had people drinking and smoking in lobby. The rooms were all sticky, not at all clean, no ac, bed linen was not there, blankets were stinky and not clean The staff was very rude. Not at all supportive.

When I arrived at the hotel, they told me the hotel was fully booked, despite my getting reservation confirmation from Booking.com. After sometime, they took me to a nearby hotel, which was absolutely terrible. I did get to see moon hotel whilst I was trying to check in and I advise anybody thinking of staying there, DONT DO IT! And if you are unlucky enough to stay in this dreadful place, they make you check out at 8 am in the morning
