Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff are genuinely helpful and courteous, as usual . The location is very much in the centre and transportation is easy. The apartments are spacious and airy with Balconies which makes it more homely.

KuwaitThe staff attitude and hospitality is terrible. This is my 4th time stay at the hotel and I’ve seen a declining trend in services and staff attitude over the period. The staff act like goons with no basic etiquettes to handle customer requests and treat them respectfully. Booked two rooms, premium and luxury rooms to celebrate a reunion of friends coming from different part of the world and staff acted very rudely and inappropriately for a group of women. The amenities at the hotel lacked basic servicing and we had to chase them round the clock to have a fixed. The only reason I would stay here again is if someone held a gun to my head and forced me to stay here.

IndiaThe rooms are rundown and needs renovation. I could see small cockroaches in the room and bathroom. The bathroom was lousy. It had water dripping from the taps and water logging in the bathing area. The breakfast was lousy too as the food had no taste, the staff at the restaurant is extremely rude and arrogant as if they are doing us a favor. They serve cold tea/ coffee and when you ask the staff to get hot and fresh cup of tea they misbehave and say that we keep replenishing it every 30 mins. The reception staff also is very impolite specially the guy who is there during the night. Check out timing is 11 Am and check in is at 2 PM, I wonder why they take so much time when the cleanliness is not as per international standards . This property should be delisted from Booking.com and other portals.
Except the location and the parking nothing is good about this property.

The size of the room is good, the breakfast place is nice. The hotel is located in a very central place. The personnal at the reception is friendly.

Nice brekfast with dosa and indian dishes. The decoration of the room was nice but the picutres are way better than the reality. The hotel is just getting a bit old. People at the hotel kept my luggage while I went to an other city. This was very convinient for me.

IndiaMy room did not have a refrigerator. There was no hand towel in the bathroom. My room also did not have an iron, and despite asking for one three times, and being told each time that "we are just sending it", I never got one, and had to go for my meeting in a creased shirt.

I was not satisfied with our Stay, first, the behavior / attitude of your front desk / receptionist. When we arrived her motive only for Payment , not for our request. Room service very poor first day, we stayed 3 persons & only for 1 person everything was kept. Telephone was not working , Toilet Exhaust not working & next day when i informed your Senior chef then some action was taken. Even Omelette not there. If it is a pure Vegetarian Restaurant then you should have clearly mention in your Web site. 2nd day door got locked & there was problem in the access equipment. Approx 1 hr we were outside the room. 3rd day your senior Chef prepared one dish for what i had requested. This is the Hospitality / Humble nature by him. I don't want to mention the Front Desk person name. I am not satisfied with the Hospitality & the Welcoming attitude , we traveled almost 6 - 7 hrs & this was Hospitality shown. I assumed this is Partiality shown to us. Any way this will be my first & last stay in Melange Astris. During Booking some Room Photos was shown which was impressive but in reality, really it was very very poor & it was some other room. We are totally dis satisfied with your Management.
