Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesI upgraded to a suite, which gave more space but no window. The balcony was behind a solid door but was the size of a desk and had an awning bolted to it, interrupting what little view there was.
There was no in-house catering though I did manage to order a tea on room service. The bottle of Soda Water had to be paid in advance and came from outside. The location in central Bandra would have been great had there not been roadworks.

Did not eat breakfast, staff were great, bedding, pillows especially need to be clean, and updated, furniture broken, old, bathroom grotty and shower needs fixing, I used my own bedding including a pillow protector as the pillows were dirty, the place is in a fantastic location and could be a 3 star at least but for lack of investment in upgrading it, so this is the 3rd time I have stayed there in 7 yrs and this was the worst so I will not be stopping this Yr as for a bit more I can book into a nice clean hotel instead, this should not reflect on the staff who work there because they are nice people but on the owners of the hotel

United Arab EmiratesWe checked in later then our arrival time due to my leg injury and when we reached the hotel they had not checked the room before they give us the keys as soon as we entered the elevator it was full with mosquitoes and whe we entered my room it had so many mosquitoes in it too , we had to call the manager up tell them to change our room but the same issue hotel is full with mosquitoes and the staff see this as a normal situation nothing to worry when we complaint it was shocking to hear one of them give us lame excuse that the hotel is located near some sewage area due to that they cannot control this mosquitoes, When I shouted at them that il leave if this is the excuse they got some insect killers essential and electric bats so this is my room for 3nights I ask am here to rest or kill mosquitoes, the housekeeping clear the room fill of mosquitoes n finally we had no choice but settle in for that night , another thing in the room was the washroom water for the toilet washer has all rusted water which gave us another shocking experience only the shower n sink water was clean so we had to use that only. They charge me so high for per night and no proper service they staff should me attitude cause when we came, we were upset from the room and them for making me wait for another clean room with my broken leg😞
They put on clean sheets every morning atlest thank God for that without asking they did it other then that....it was really disappointing 😞

United StatesWhen accepting international travelers the hotel lacked the means to accept international credit cards. After a long flight I was told to go out and withdraw cash for them. Totally unacceptable when all businesses around were accepting international credit cards. Hot Water in the shower was not up to the mark was lukewarm at best. Lot of mosquitos in the room. Staff was friendly but the lack of basic amenities for the price being charged to international travelers wasn’t good enough.

FranceNot acceptable. The hotel rooms proposed to us are NOT as per the website description: 1. On pretending upgrading us, the hotel prioposed us a "suite" without any single window, looking like a cave or kellar 2. asking for a decent room the only one proposed was just over a bar terrace, noisy like hell, matress as hard as bricks, ugly smell of naphtaline in both rooms, open the terrace you'll invaded by mosquitoes, dust on your feet asap you walk, need to ask 3 times to have towels been delivered. We paid 7,500 INR per night, what a shame for such crap!! Not slept at all the first night, dizzy and sick because of the naphtaline smell we had no choice to shorten our stay.

The rooms are OK but there are lot of loopholes Each room has different furniture and I got a room with less furniture. Table is small even for 2 persons to eat. They provided small geyser which emulated hot water for 5min. Spying is there in the rooms and there is no privacy. No restaurant in the hotel. The only positive thing is the location
