We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Mon Valley! This is a simple place, with basic room and facilities. But the service and attention of the owners is what makes this place stand apart. They take care of you like family and are extremely attentive to your requirements and will do the best they can. I stayed for 3 nights as part of my solo bike ride. The location is great, walkable distance to the main town and market. The restaurant below the hotel has amazing Tibetan food, so you can easily order whatever you want. They provided me an electric mattress at no extra cost. It's one of those places where even though you might have a few issues but you completely forget about them because of the exceptionally nice hosts and service.
